Below is the scene that I applied texture too
a couple of days ago.
Another shot along the pathway in the Canada Pavilion leading from the Le Cellier Steakhouse area to O Canada!, the Circle-Vision 360° movie of Canada's cities and scenery. A simple route from one area to another, yet excellently detailed.

Calgary has many hundreds of Km's of pathways and cycle ways city crews make a great job of keeping them clear for all to enjoy.
Knole Park. Knole Park is a 383.4-hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Sevenoaks in Kent. About 43 acres of the park belongs to the National Trust, as does Knole House, which sits within it. The remaining parkland is privately owned by the Knole Estate.
A footpath between two downtown blocks. It’s university property between the health center and the competitive swim pool. Nice as the lights were about to come on. This was a discovery. Very pleasant!
A view from Mount Penice, in Oltrepò Pavese. This picture is taken with a IR modified 1100D. Thanks to the IR conversion and the sky, the atmosphere is gloomy and oniric. The telephone repeaters add a bit of "humanity" in this beautiful and immaculate panorama.
A narrow cordoned pathway leads up to the Temple of Aeolus, dedicated to the Greek God who ruled the winds. From this high (windy) point there is a heavenly view of the Kew Royal Botanic Gardens.

#3183 - 2016 Day 261: A pathway leads us and a light guides us, hopefully in a direction that we know is right.
Today I presented my Pyrenees expedition lecture to the UPP Conference near Birmingham. What a wonderful reception it received. Thank you everyone - especially paula-d and Guy for hosting me - for having me along, for listening and for coming with me on the journey.
It is so heartwarming when an audience of club photographers, just for an hour or so, once in a while, let themselves go fully with a flow of images that share experience. I said during the show that photography is, for me, an extension of living, not a thing in and of itself. I think the audience understood that at the end.

About this Shot
Must be going through a black and white phase as this is my third in a row, perhaps it is the lack of decent light and colour outside (and rubbish weather), that is influencing my choices.
I honestly can't wait for Spring/Summer to come this year. This has been my first Winter with my SLR and I have really struggled with:
(A) Getting motivated enough to get out and about
(B) The lack of any colour and life when I eventually get out.
I'm definitely a fair weather photographer :)
However looking through one of my 'Most Interesting' sets, my best shots tend to come together when there are some strong colours to capture.
