Usually a path where many people like to do a Sunday afternoon walk, but that morning I was almost alone there.

This is one of the paths during our stroll through the Wai O Tapu Geothermal park, was lots of visitors there that day so was hard gettign a shot of the path without anyone on it
The path I'm following with the looming moody summit of The Devils Peak in front us. I continued along the path for a little while after lunch before making my way back. The path leads to the Lharig Ghru, a deep pass through the Cairngorms connecting Braemar in the East and Aviemore in the west.
Plum Point , Newburgh, NY
I am doing a series on paths along the Hudson. The trees are old and historic. This area was very active during the Revolutionary War. Washington was in Newburgh for 18 months at the end of the war. West Point was about 15 miles south of Newburgh, and there was a lot of communications and messages between Washington and West Point. This might have been one of the paths used by messengers. To me, this path feels magical. I am trying to convey the sense and feeling of the area.
It's an image of our life to be
The path is green
Green gives us nourishment
You can see that the path is going straight into the green unknown
We will see to it that we will have the nourishment we need
Small seeds
Small experiences
Small steps
Love is the fundament and ofc
Respect
Heading off into the unknown
You can see it is not bumpy
It's actually a pretty neat path
With a little turn
We've thought it through
We are adults
Sane people
I think
Lol
We both have an intuition that is telling us that we need to do this
Is this something we just read about it
Yes
Well,
No
It's actually happening
Love is surrounding us
We are love
The best symbol ever
Everybody wants this for us
Everybody cheers
Everybody wishes us the best there is
Everybody welcomes you
Yes we are surrounded by love
And we are the core
The core of love in our life
I'm so SuperDuperEvaThrilled
I give you all of me
And you give me all of you
I am still on my holiday location. Took a walk when i saw this path. Thought is was a nice leading line for my photo, and it turned out it was! :)
From a recent walk. Tempted to desaturate these vibrant leaves, but loses the autumn feel. Cloudy with intermittent sun. Love this path. Yes, it does lean left—the lake bank is to the right. Should I straighten it?

Thank you for your comments. I enjoy going back in time to reread what you've written.
And thanks to the Flickr people for this site and the encouragement it offers. I hope you keep your jobs in Flickr and Yahoo's time of uncertainty. Been there. No fun!
My wishes is for all to stay save from the horrendous virus and remember to look after vulnerable neighbours.
This flagged stone path leads from Rosedale up toward the Disused Ironstone Railway track which traverses the head of the dale and round the the famous Chimney Bank. The track is in the final stages of being upgraded for easy access to all groups of people.
Rosedale is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, England
