I love the perspective of looking into or out of an area surrounded by trees or bushes.

A little pretty path in my back yard. I really like the brightness of my photos that I get when I take them outside. But I love the contrast to the upper and lower sections of this image, the tones are beautiful.

I had a medical appointment near Bushnell's Basin and the nice Erie Canal paths in that area so I took a walk there. I don't even know how you get to the other side, but there were all kinds of people using it over there.....mostly bicyclists. The path on this side became quite narrow and rustic, but there were no people on it at all.

Path and canal on the grounds of the Chateau de Rambouillet

Part of our New England trip across MA, VT, NH & ME. These were taken on October 10th. This set is from the town of Bar Harbor along the Shore Path (built in 1880). Mount Desert Island in Maine, which has many towns besides Bar Harbor, is beautiful including that really rugged coast and strong Atlantic Ocean smell!
