In West sussex the pretty little church in Patching. I thought this shot had nice contrast but was a little flat in colour so I changed it post shutter it was one of my first attempts so please forgive me if there are many tech errors in it but I think I like that style as you will see from others I have taken and played with.
Many old buildings have 'patches' of mortar that have been applied over crumbling brik, which is what I did here after the brik was weathered with more joint compound. Putty it up on patches without brick to give that worn and crumbling 'patched appearance'. Weather when dry with brown and grey acrylic paints dry brushed & in washes
Bare patches from barnacles that were removed and the pressure wash increased the size of each area.

Does any one know what country this is from? The wings and wheel are opposite of the British patches. It should be US or Canadian but I have not seen any of their patches. Please update if you know about this.
PATCHES is a small-size, compact, VERY cute Hound/Pit mix who’s just under one year old. She’s cute, perky, outgoing and very playful – she likes to chase a ball, loves her toys, and gets along with other dogs. Since she’s very attentive for food treats, she should be a great little dog to train. Patches will be fun family pet.

Max Patch Mountain is a beautiful bald mountain on the North Carolina/Tennessee border just outside GSMNP. We had high hopes for Sunset shots here, but we took a little long at midnight hole, making us arrive here right at dusk. This is the best I could do with the low light, but the blues really came out well I thought. This is definitely a great place to hike.
Friends and family gathered at Oars and Paddles Park in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, to celebrate Hunter Babcock's 4th birthday party Oct. 24, 2021. The gifts, games, cake, and decorations paid homage to Hunter's favorite theme: dinosaurs!
After the party, Hunter and his family visited a pumpkin patch at Satellite Beach Methodist Church to select the perfect pumpkins to carve for Halloween.

In the 2007 $30 WRC we used duct tape to patch the boat, and it turned out not to be very waterproof. This time I decided to try Gorilla Tape. It's super sticky, but turned out to be even less waterproof than the duct tape. By the time we realized that the tape wasn't going to cut it we were out on the river and our ride was long gone. We wound up tearing strips of foam off of our awesome seat cushions and stuffing it into the crack. We still had to bail all day long, but it slowed the flow to a manageable rate.
So! I finally got half a braincell scraped together enough to remember to take in-progress photos of my current big ass project.
What are these? There are various panels of denim, namely the ones that needed patching, cannibalized from 5 pairs of tatty old jeans from the stockpile I've got in the basement.
Patched with chunks cut from trimming down pieces that didn't have holes, and sewn with whatever threads I felt like using on the machine.
why are they 16 inches long though? Well, they're going to become part of a recycled denim kimono. I've got enough for the 2 migoro panels already, there's just the Okumi, sode, and eri left to contend with..and the lining ofcourse.
