Tia came to WSW in the early summer of 2012 to work in our papermaking studio. Inspired by contstruction next door, Tia created a luminous handmade paper installation in the skeletal structure of our building rehailitation-in-progress.

These were made with my new 8.5 X 11 deckle. The paper used is the used paper from an inkjet printer. The inkjet ink is water soluble, thus the grayish color. I do not get much sun on my pateo in the summer, so the fan is being used to encourage the paper to dry.

D and I made paper today, we ended up with very thick blue grey paper and a massive mess, but he had a ball :)
