I was only able to pump this twice, and the 2nd time I couldn't get it to 6,000 psi - only 4,000. Andrea ended up taking over.

Some people leave the party with (food) left overs, Elizabeth took home left over pulp!

Dried cattail leaf scraps and artichoke stalks and flowers. I ended up having to fish out most of the artichoke stalks. They needed longer cooking or a stronger caustic solution than the cattails did.

These were made with my new 8.5 X 11 deckle. The paper used is the used paper from an inkjet printer. The inkjet ink is water soluble, thus the grayish color. I do not get much sun on my pateo in the summer, so the fan is being used to encourage the paper to dry.

D and I made paper today, we ended up with very thick blue grey paper and a massive mess, but he had a ball :)
