Paper negative, Gekko grade 4 paper, with Wollensak Verito 8 3/4', f4 @ 6 seconds. The Verito really softens at f4.
My first Paper Fabric....I tried Torsennancy's tutorial...Thanks Nancy..it's very cool..I just need to learn how to get the wrinkles out..
Folded from a square of Curius brand paper of 21 cm on the side. Folded based on the CP of a similar model that is not quite the same.
This model could also be named a Dimpled Rhombicuboctahedron with a decoration on top. To me it has always looked like a hand grenade.
I rediscovered this model when CBFolds folded it a while ago.
in honor of tim burton's alice in wonderland i made this tiny paper banner.
the kit is in my shop

Margaret Knight, known as the "female Edison", patented this paper bag machine. Little-known fact: she stole the idea from a one-legged drunken barber.

This time we test a paper from Italy. It is named after a painter for painters, but is it good for origami, too?
Read all about it in The Fold:

or in www.happyfolding.com/
This wreath is covered in white satin ribbon and decorated with multi-coloured, punched paper flowers. It measures around 12" across.
Illustrations taken from a book in observation of the disposibiltiy of 9 - 5's and office mundanity.
Influenced by paper pictures by Sherif Mokbel, I thought I would 'have a go myself'. After all how hard could it be to photograph paper. Actually its not easy at all. Close up shots of paper are unforgiving of dust marks and holding shape is a nightmare. Needless to say Lightroom's Spot cleaning, Colour and Contrast enhancements helped recover the image.Although very interesting pix they don't have the impact I was hoping to replicate. Practice goes on!
I used newspaper, wallpaper paste and acrylic colors to make this rabbit and wooden beads as eyes.
She is about the real rabbit size.
We've started the project "Schläger Personalservice" with the Card-Sorting-technique.
It's a simple technique in user experience design where a group of subject experts or "users", however inexperienced with design, are guided to generate a category tree or folksonomy.
... can easly be turned into a box and a lid
.. my design, as far as I know... but any reference will be welcome....
2 (1 for box, 1 for lid) square 15x15 cm. regular copy paper... I use 80gr. and 90gr. the second is suggested for the box
written instructions (more or less) in the kusudama cube writing.
Decoration made with paper left by cutting an A4 sheet in 2 squares... so you will just need 2 A4 paper for two duo color box.... and only 1 sheet for a single color box (obviously)... this box is very good for give aways in any occasion (espiacilly candies and confetti) and also as a toothfairy (or mouse depending on traditions) box..
I wish you a week full of colors!.... (north Italy in particular: wish you also a SUNNY week) :-))))

This was my last piece of Fabian Correa's paper, but I think it was well invested.
Logarithmic models such as the flower tower, the hydrangea and this one are my favorite.
All the paper shoes are about 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches x .5 inch. The are made from cardstock and origami paper.
This was part of a series of about 25 miniature show I exhibited on a solo exhibit called "If the Shoe Fits".
I have been making paper shoes for about 14 years now.
Still Praying for Japan
I don't really know the exact translation of the Japanese text but it's somewhere along the lines of "Good luck!"
And yee we made paper cranes in class today for some organization that is willing to donate $2.00 for every paper crane folded. I forgot the name of the organization but I can get back to all of you regarding the organization and hopefully we all can contribute! :]
---------
So today I payed attention during announcements today [heh.. got scolded at my math teacher] but I heard that the Organization that all these cranes from our school is going to is called Architecture for Humanity. Here is a link regarding their efforts to help contribute, as well as how you can help!~
Paper clock created from two simple pieces of chipboard and a clock face. The fin locks into the base of the body to make it stand.
A gift made by Naho's grandma. These delicately made traditional Japanese shoes are finely balanced on a bevel that shapes the forward part of the "sole", keeping the shoe on the edge of rocking backwards or forwards and does so with the lightest touch. Genius.
