A little insight to my next uploads! Thanks goes to Eric Gjerde(www.flickr.com/photos/origomi/) for publishing his book, for without, my inspiration would not flourish.
Designed by Eric Gjerde. Folded by me. This is a great tesselation. Fairly complex and was difficult to fold the first time. I gave up a couple of times before finally getting it. Props to Eric for a great design.
This is my (?) new (?) design.
If you tell me, who has invented it before, I will sleep soundly. Otherwise, I will have to think about a name for it...
(One thing I've already checked: it is NOT Mitchell's Gemini)
UPD: The authorship is still in question, but nobody had shown me exactly the same model. So let it has a name Bicycle.

Yes, they do need to print in clean rooms environments, and for that there is a super printer paper. We found and tested it in here are the results:

Image used to describe my daughter's mathematical brilliance along with her "test" results. This was made by her out of several small pieces of paper.
I made these beads out of scrapbooking paper. After they had been rolled and dried, I glazed them. They were so pretty, I didn't want to make anything out of them...I just liked seeing them in the jar, so I made them a decoration in my craft room.
Submitted for February 2009 MSH - #18 EYE CANDY (msh0209-18 and msh0209)
Beads are eye candy for me!
A pretty blue and white paper - I've been working on repeating this pattern with some success.

I used the Stitched Heart stamp from Hero Arts and pattered paper to paper piece. These are really different colors for me.

Thank you to everyone who pauses long enough to look at my photo. All comments and Faves are very much appreciated
New design. Based on Eric Gjerde's true p6 tiling but with a whole load of rearranging on the layers. Not the most interesting when it's not backlit. Unfortunately it's got a LOT of layers in some places so it took quite a bit of ironing to get it as flat as this! It a bit tedious to fold because the majority or what you're doing is just re-arranging layers but it's not the end of the world. My favourite thing about this is if you look at the hexagons on the back and backlight it and it reveals all this triangles out of no where!
I cleaned up all of the scraps, and sorted them into the bins. I added a table cloth and moved the cutter to the other side since I keep bumping into it every time I exit the room!
The shelf above the table is where I keep the shop merchandise. On the top are jars full of ribbon spools.
The little letter holder will eventually be painted, I just haven't gotten to that yet. It contains small paper scraps.
