In Brisbane , on average ,solar panels produce power for 4.2 hours per day.In reality your home will consume some of the solar power that your solar panels produce during the day. Because of the generous feed in tariff you may be better setting appliances like dishwashers ,clothes dryers ,washing machines etc to switch on later in the day when the solar panels are not producing power so you benefit most from feeding the maximum amount of solar energy back onto the electricity grid.

This panel of rock art at the Standing Cow ruins depicts mounted Spanish soldiers, likely the Narbona expedition of 1805, which resulted in the massacre of more than 100 fleeing Navajos.

It rained the night before and I was afraid the jeep trip would get cancelled. But our guide, T.J., with Beauty Way, navigated us through some strong running creeks and deep mud. The sky was very overcast, with only patches of sunshine now and again. Because we told the guide we especially wanted to see rock art, he took us through Canyon Del Muerto. I hope to go back some day and do a horseback tour but the weather would definitely have to be a little better. Still, no complaints. This place is a must-do, and the jeep tour really got us up close and personal with the ruins and rock art.

Stained glass panel by Naoko Shimazaki.

Three years of study at the Architectural Stained Glass Department at Swansea culminated in the degree show, with each student (usually fewer in number by now than at the start!) allocated a window space in the building to display their work, with a mixture of panels representing the various techniques explored and styles developed by each individual.

I usually took a full set of photos of each show (I was known for being obsessive compulsive with a camera even then!) and felt uploading the full set best represents the range of talents and ideas, in many cases of people who never worked in the medium in post-college life.

If any of my contemporaries are looking in I hope they will be flattered and see this as a tribute to their achievements. If for any reason anyone is unhappy about their work being shared online do please let me know.

Sponsored by the New Jersey State Library, LibraryLinkNJ and NJLA for youth services librarians and other library staff who work with teens and new adults, or millennials, this program provided an overview of hip-hop and rap music culture and its appeal to young people by experts in the field and was held on Friday, June 1, 2012, at Rutgers-Newark, in the Paul Robeson Campus Center. The goal of the program was to encourage youth services librarians to incorporate this type of popular music into their library collections and programs so that the libraries’ truly reflected the interests of the young people they serve. The devastating impact of COVID-19 on Travel & Tourism highlighted the need for enhanced resilience. Yet, to ensure the long-term competitiveness of the sector, such resilience must be both sustainable and inclusive and supported by enabling policies. As Travel & Tourism recovers, how can businesses and destinations alike enhance their resilience and drive sustainable and inclusive growth through their operations and investments?
