Super Squat Palm Trees on Southbank Melbourne, not quite sure if they were trying to create an Oasis here, but I think they failed.
some sponsored dirt jumping bmx thing i found just along from venice beach in LA - that was a weird weird summer . . . LA for two months, really burning up the yoga and then mum died as the summer closed. after that i kinda lost it for teh next two months. weeks spilled into one another, money became an abstract thing and i poured my heart out to anyone who came along. a time of intensity and honesty, it was a very strong and positive experience. we all die, i was blessed to have the wherewithal to fall through it with friends and love beside me - - -

This picture is a good example of the IQ that's possible using a ten year old camera body and lens. I did not crop this picture and made minimal changes in post.
Late last year a local park experienced a lightning strike in a grove of palm trees and the resulting fire destroyed approximately 75 trees. The grove was located near a natural hot spring and the trees had never been trimmed. In 1873, a ranch and health resort was built at this location.
