The Lifetime Freestyle™ Paddleboard provides a full-body workout which improves your balance and works your abs, back, arms, & legs. SUP (Stand Up Paddle) enthusiasts have gotten hooked after the first try. Easier to learn than regular surfing so it's a great water sport for young and old and everyone in between. Being able to row the paddle board through the water means that ocean waves aren't necessary. Paddle boards are just as much fun on lakes and ponds. Try it out. We think you'll be joining the growing throng of SUP enthusiasts that are enjoying this latest trend in water sports.

The Lifetime Freestyle™ Paddleboard provides great stability and tracking in both surf and flat water. The EVA deck covering provides increased traction, and the two adjustable fins give the paddleboard increased performance in diverse water conditions. The fins on the paddleboard can be adjusted straight for moving water (or surf), angled in for flat water (lakes), and adjusted as needed to compensate for wind. Molded icons, located on top of the board above the fins, will help you determine which setting is right for your water conditions. Constructed of UV-protected high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the paddleboard is strong, durable and fade resistant. An adjustable stand-up paddle with a fiberglass shaft and a quality nylon blade is included.
