The word Perseverance should be tattooed on this kid's forehead, him and just about every other skateboarder I've ever seen. It's not like you walk into a park and you see some skateboarder continually nail the same move over and over. No. What you see is some sweaty wannabe Tony Hawk, repeatedly trying, and failing, to complete any move, and trick. Stacy and I sat on a bench across from this kid for about 15 minutes and we must have seen him try to land a rail slide 50 plus times, and maybe he got it twice. And on more than one occasion he came close to cracking his skull on the pylon just out of frame. I gotta say though, I was impressed with his determination.

As of now, this is our top contender. We LOVED this loft. Just over 1500 sq. ft., two levels, exposed brick, on the first floor so it has a separate outside entrance, wicked cool bedroom enclosure, 2.5 bath, lots of storage.... awesome.
The kitchen. Awfully similar to our current kitchen (well, the cabinets and countertops are, anyway).
