"Pro Rogue State"
This was one of many home made posters that was seen during the Canadians Against Proroguing Parliament demonstration on Parliament Hill (Ottawa), January 23, 2010.
An estimated 7,500 people were on the hill according to an RCMP officer.
Speakers included Jack Layton (leader of Canada's New Democratic Party) and Michael Ignatieff (leader of the Liberal party of Canada).
The demonstration was to protest the proroguing of the Parliament Canada by the prime minister, Stephen Harper, on December 30, 2009. This is the second time in as many years that parliament has been prorogued by Stephen Harper.

This image was taken hand held with a canon 40d at 1/20 f16 iso100 and a 100mm is macro lens it took me a few shots to get two of the blades pointing at the corners and with the right amount of blur. in photoshop I took away an orange cast, l lightened it and spot healed some dust marks. With my shaky hands I was expecting the middle to be blurred as well, But I think that's more to do with the canon lens than me. (-:
