Jane got out this afternoon and hid from me under my shed for a while. I was able to attract her attention with her favorite toy and then bring her back inside.
She proceeded to run around the house like a possessed cat before she hopped up on the coffee table which she knows is off-limits. She is seen here disagreeing with my instructions to leave the coffee table.
She just had "bad on the brain" today and was acting out like crazy.

When I did the Widow: www.flickr.com/photos/148243437@N03/48769046788/in/dateta..., it made me think of Edgar Allen Poe stories like Tell-Tale Heart and Imp of the Perverse where the narrators slowly descend into horror and madness as the result of murders they commit. I wanted to do a second pic of the Widow fleeing in panic from the real or imagined ghost of her victim.

Fearsome , horrifying , insane and in how they seem to be in severe pain and agony these Creeps. Maybe they were once human and punished , possessed by the demons..or maybe they are failed experiments , doomed to wake up and slowly die from insanity , not able to feed their never ending hunger for warm sweet flesh?
See the horror in them or see the sad tales behind the faces…it’s all up to you what you make from my creeps but I myself enjoy to play with the mood that each of them offers.
As much that I enjoy fantasy and magic do I have a liking for the dark and the vicious creatures too.
Alas in real has wi-fi been down for a while now.. but it gave me a chance to really take a seat and work little by little, day by day on this picture. I promised that more would come so here it goes , another shrieking sharp toothed Creep.
Or…you can be a total Resident Evil fan and cry out “ Ow ow ow!! It’s one of those Resident Evil Umbrella dudes!!!”. If you do , i totally agree with you because he made me think of those drooling crawlers too!

Bisschoppenhof Castle
The prince-bishop of Liège possessed certain rights with the castle Bisschoppenhof and an episcopal villa, which came into possession of the duke of Brabant after the Battle of Woeringen (1288). It became a fief of the duke and as such came into the possession of various families.
The gatehouse dates from the first half of the 16th century, while the main building dates from the second quarter of the 17th century. At the beginning of the 19th century, a wing was added and at the beginning of the 20th century, the building was further expanded.
In 1956, Bisschoppenhof Castle was sold to a building company, which in 1958 transferred the castle with its garden, moat and adjacent park to the municipality of Deurne. From then on, the surrounding grounds were parceled out and built over. The castle was retained.

De prins-bisschop van Luik bezat met het kasteel Bisschoppenhof bepaalde rechten en een bisschoppelijke villa die, na de Slag bij Woeringen (1288) in bezit kwam van de hertog van Brabant. Het werd een leen van de hertog en kwam als zodanig in bezit van diverse geslachten.
Het poortgebouw dateert uit de eerste helft van de 16de eeuw, terwijl het hoofdgebouw uit het tweede kwart van de 17de eeuw stamt. In het begin van de 19e eeuw werd een vleugel toegevoegd en ook begin 20e eeuw werd het gebouw verder uitgebreid.
In 1956 werd kasteel Bisschoppenhof verkocht aan een bouwmaatschappij, die het kasteel met tuin, slotgracht en aansluitend park in 1958 afstond aan de gemeente Deurne. Vanaf dan werden de omringende gronden verkaveld en volgebouwd. Het kasteel bleef bewaard.
