I'm just a little bit

caught in the middle

Life is a maze

and love is a riddle

I don't know where to go

Slow it down

make it stop

or else my heart is going to pop

Cause it's too much

Yeah, it's a lot

to be something I'm not

EXPLORE :)

I love that song. My sister found it free on itunes the other day and Ive been listening to it nonstop :) My day was.. or is, interesting. I ran away. But me running away is really just going on a walk for 2 hours with my camera and phone. without asking. I dont want to talk about why I left in the first place. But the point is, I felt better when I got home. And then I started to take pictures. I took like 500 million good ones of luna, but they were all vertical (I didnt think about it until I was editing) and I like how horizontal photos look on my flickr. ahh. I havent seen tyler all weekend. Its bad. I havent even talked to him today, and its annoying me. Guess what I did do today though. I studied and took 4 pgs of notes for my chem test tuesday, and did my worksheet outline thing for lit. Its a miracle. I still dont understand problems for chem, but I know the textbook info. We got our science fair forms and theyre due sept.24th.. I have to get permission from a vet so I can learn how to take care of fish. hahah. I was taking pictures in the addition, and now Im all dusty. and chalky. blehh.

Shot along the Columbia Icefields Parkway in the Canadian Rockies. I loved how the clouds were partially hiding the peak and the pop of foreground colour was icing on the cake.

Magazine for an umbrella on Waterloo Bridge

Popped up to Carlisle Station yesterday to capture the LNER diversion's that were occuring and a couple of interesting charters.

An epitome of British Railways, personal favorite shot from yesterday was this photo (talk about luck!). I had a blast creating this week's cover image for Halifax's The Coast alt-weekly newspaper!

“You know, in the old movies, whenever a girl would get seriously kissed, her foot would just kind of… pop.” (Anne Hathaway – The Princess Diaries). Who will make my foot this kind of...pop?

A blackbird enjoying natures bounty.

Thought I would do something a little different with this image taken at the Flying Legends Airshow at the Imperial War Museum Duxford. With the addition of re-enactors I thought I would try and do some colour popping just to bring the image to life a bit.

Christchurch, New Zealand

An explosion of color - bright yellow, red and orange set against cool greens and purples. The flower itself reminds me of fireworks.

pop! pop! pop!

but it can bloom only one or two days... so fragile.

Two Pine Martens popping up over a snowbank as they tussle with each other.

I really like Coca-Cola, my wife does not like me drinking pop so I try not to, she says it's like gambling with your life. I thought this store display of empty pop bottles repressents how my wife feels.

Pops really did not enjoy being buried alive.

I immediately fell in love with this gorgeous little town . . . despite the drought, it's surrounding hills were a luscious green and the drive coming into the town along the Great Alpine Road was lined with luminous yellow populars that dominated the landscape. It was so incredibly beautiful.

I could have stopped every five minutes along the way!

Swifts Creek, Victoria.

I was messing around with the focus
