Now that I am (almost) an adult and am moving out in 8 days, I wanted to do a photo about childhood emotions. The innocence, the awe and the amazement of discovery which I tried to show with the colours, framing and overall look of this photo. Hope y'all dig. This is one Ellie and I shot about a month ago.

Signs of spring are starting to pop up everywhere. This one was a hard shoot. The flower is around 1/4 of the size of a dime. Very small and low to the ground but I had that part covered. I dug a hole right next to the flower to give me a little access for an angle. The hard part was laying still and waiting for the wind to stop blowing.
Although not abandoned. This building was built in 1920. Located on Main street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The trees that once stood in front of the storefronts have been cut, leaving tree stumps.
