Called in at Nant Mill/Plas Power Woods on my way back from Lake Vyrnwy.

It's looking rather nice atm with it's full Autumnal coat on and you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere that isn't covered in the deep rich ocres and orange of the fallen leaves. Still a fair few leaves on the trees too.

Starting to see part of the house whilst walking on the pathways and through different archways.

You can choose to turn left or right or straight on through the arches, so all interesting to see statues hidden away in the trees and shrubs etc!!

The manor of Plas Brondanw was built by one of Clough Williams-Ellis' ancestors in 1550. His father gave it to him in 1908, which gave Cough a purpose in his life: to earn enough money to buy plants for the gardens and to keep them up.
