All of the participating artists were given the theme “love” in relation to games, so I drew a boombox that had been modified to play “Pong" complete with Commodore game paddles. There’s plenty of love behind DIY game projects.

I named it “Games People Play”, a reference to a Kurtis Blow-produced Sweet G tune my older brother played often back in the day. I always preferred the instrumental version.

It will be an 18”×24” (slightly larger than A2 for all you overseas fine art moguls) giclée print for sale.

Some neat little pixel art for a new business card I'm working on.

Special thanks to Shelley for helping make the pixels do my bidding.

Entire Sprites for Otakuthon. The number indicates the price at which we sell them.

This is easily the most dope pixel based illustration you can scroll ever...

Think eBoy meets Google Maps meets Snap Shots and your scratching the surface... The graphic detail reminds me of the guy that does all those books on The Colosseum, Castles, Pyramids, etc...

Pixel art I made of Scott Pilgrims sword, the power of love.

Originally started as a hobby project to spruce up my browser homepage, Pixel City Home evolved and expanded, taking on user submitted content and paid advertising.

Years ago, I started adapting some existing icons from BeOS (see 'Before' part of the image), and put their 'After' versions up for download at BeBits.com and Haikuware.com as 'Be-beautified icons'. This latest and final version was made in februari 2007. See the original (larger size) here.

You may be interested in my later interpretation of most of these icons, done in a vector icon format for the operating system called Haiku (--> essentially the modern reincarnation of BeOS).

In that case, you can click here (Flickr location), or here for its original screenshot. The vector icons are also up for download at BeBits.com and Haikuware.com; search for 'Haiku'ed BB icons'. That icon collection is also at its final version now.

Technically I should have replaced the ciggie with a vappie, right B?

Been meaning to do this one for such a long time, and I'm happy I was finally able to do it.
