YES! I FOUND IT!
So the title of this is exactly what it is. I made this waaaay back in '91 or '92--pretty much when the album came out--on my parents' 386 processor desktop using Microsoft Paint. Since it didn't have the greatest illustration tools, I manually detailed the face pixel by pixel. I've been looking for it for years and finally found it today.

Recreated using Perler and Hama fuse beads.
All of the participating artists were given the theme “love” in relation to games, so I drew a boombox that had been modified to play “Pong" complete with Commodore game paddles. There’s plenty of love behind DIY game projects.
I named it “Games People Play”, a reference to a Kurtis Blow-produced Sweet G tune my older brother played often back in the day. I always preferred the instrumental version.
It will be an 18”×24” (slightly larger than A2 for all you overseas fine art moguls) giclée print for sale.
