Emergency training, Raleigh, NC, early 1940s. Scenes show large group of mostly men and boys, some of them Boy Scouts in uniform, training for emergency first aid and fire suppression. City of Raleigh Fire Engines are on the scene as well as a truck equipped with a loud speaker system. This even appears to have taken place partially on the grounds of the State Capitol building and a nearly vacant lot. From the Robert L.
