I had to put my commissions aside for today because I had to make this fig. I apologize if you're waiting on commissions, this is a special custom made for my friend whose birthday is tomorrow. In fact, I've known him since I was little and he's the person who got me interested into LEGO Star Wars in the first place, so I'm here doing what I do thanks to him. These decals are sort of outdated (older arm template), but they still convey the custom. I'm aware this isn't completely accurate to P2 armor, but I forgot to make new templates when I first printed these decals. Anyways, let me know what you think, and if you fave, comment too please!

Got a sweet tip on Amtrak 391 "The Sauki" possibly having my favorite phase 2 engine leading, I win. Kensington Junction is a hard place to shoot, so many shadows to dodge. The South Shore tracks are in the foreground and the tower is now owned by Metra and is used by signal maintainers for storage.

Hyacinths at the end of the flowering phase. The bulbs will go into pots to rebuild to flower next year.

All the photos I present were taken in the town of Taormina (Sicily);

I made photos related to "street photography";

I photographed people who, for the most part, I had never met before, I thank them for their sympathy and availability;

I tried to capture the essence of minimal photographic stories, collected walking down the street ... in search of fleeting moments ...

I met a lady no longer young, who told me that, when she was seven years old, she met the bandit Giuliano (!) on Mount Ziretto (a mountain that is located above Taormina, in the territory of Castelmola), in telling she looked up and pointed at him, it seemed she was seeing him at that precise moment ....! (ah! if only I had had a special camera to capture the images that at that moment were resurfacing in the mind of that very nice lady ....!), she described it and ... she saw it (!): if she remembers it tall, handsome man, boots that reached mid-leg, rifle over his shoulder ....! and then the lady added: of course, I didn't know who that man was, they told me this afterwards ....! I photographed what I believe was a small advertising shoot, thanks to the availability of the photographer and the models (thank you for giving me some of their precious time ..!).

For some photographs I used a particular photographic technique at the time of shooting, which in addition to capturing the surrounding space, also "inserted" a temporal dimension, with photos characterized by being moved because the exposure times were deliberately lengthened, they are confused -focused-imprecise-undecided ... the Anglo-Saxon term that encloses this photographic genre with a single word is "blur", these images were thus created during the shooting phase, and not as an effect created subsequently, in retrospect, in the post-production.

---------------------------------------------------------

Tutte le foto che presento sono state realizzate nella cittadina di Taormina (Sicilia);

ho realizzato foto riconducibili alla “street photography”;

ho fotografato persone che, per la maggior parte, non avevo mai incontrato prima, le ringrazio per la loro simpatia e disponibilità;

Something strange has happened to the canopy during the render.

Running a few minutes behind schedule, Amtrak 822 leads the Palmetto through the suburbs of Charleston just a few miles south of its next station stop.

This is my ongoing Moon phase project, this started out at approx half of an (average) months worth of the moon's different phases.....but it is growing!.

Our Natural Satellite "rises" approximately 50 minutes later every night, so getting a full months Moon phase has proved impossible to achieve in the same month, add to this cloudy nights (and "day" Moon's).........as I get new phases I will add them to the composite.

I love my Phase Fresnel lenses; so small and light and still able to reach out and 'touch' those distant birds!

And once in a while they produce some very interesting bokeh.

In this shot there was a small stream glittering in the sunshine behind the flowers, making it ideal for showing off those big blobs of concentric circles. They may not be a desirable element in most photos but it is generally easy to avoid this effect so I don't consider it problematic.

I got a request on Facebook on all the changes Zephii went through to look how she is today. :)

1. When she first came home to me! I adopted her from the wonderful April!

2. She went to visit Buff and got her eyes modded to be open!

3. Zephii went to visit AngelToast for the first time and came home so gorgeous!

4. Got her some new glass eyes from Mint on Card.

5. Played around with a new wig color for her from Happy Camille!

6. Got my first LE color wig from Leeke for her in OceanBlue.

7. Got her a new custom colored wig from Happy Camille, it was an AMAZING wig!

8. Got her yet another LE color wig from Leeke, this time in BlueGreen.

9. Vitta-Vera/Tsuminaki painted Zephii's amazing abdomen tattoo! Still super stunning and more amazing in person!

10. Got Zephii a secondhand custom colored wig from DoA's marketplace, it's a cute mix!

11. Sent Zephii away to AngelToast to get revamped! Brand new face-up and also got her eyes opened more! No more sultry Zephii!

12. Made her a custom alpaca wig, which I sold shortly after since I figured I wasn't a fan of alpaca.

13. Got her a new amazing wig from For My Doll! By far, my favorite wig I have ever gotten her. *0*

14. Zephii's eyes were finally replaced by some gorgeous 12mm Mako eyes (IB-017)!

Amtrak "Phase 1" heritage unit 156 backs in to Chicago Union Station with one of the Amtrak tour trains during National Train Day, as Amtrak "Phase III" heritage unit 145 pulls out with another tour train.

This scene is no longer repeatable today. This area at Canal Street on the north side of Chicago Union Station has now been covered with a new "air rights" high rise. And Amtrak 145 was damaged in a collision with a cement truck while carrying a bunch of Republican congressmen to a special retreat in early 2018.

Phase IV

When the deposits close to the surface were mostly depleted, Command shifted focus towars deeper-laying veins that were difficult to access. Drones were sent to cut shafts down to a selection of underground ore clusters and equipped with material dissolving chemicals to etch out the bores to fit our harvesters. Slowly but steaily, the surface of Atlas became speckled with holes close to a kilometer in diameter. Harvesters were refitted for underground operation and personnel moved down into the hellholes, myself included. Many wouldn't see the surface again. The brittle desert ground soon collapsed on the caverns, shaken by the reckless harvesting underground, burying man and machine operating under its dome. On the night-side the heat of the mining process melted the frozen soil around the edges of the hellholes, flooding mines with mud, leaving dark craters scattered across the icy landscape. Inevitably, sooner or later something had to go gravely wrong. In the process of cutting a tunnel the drones hit a gas vein, lighting up the whole deposit. Within fractions of a second, the surface of Atlas was shaking and a blinding green flash illuminated the freezing night.

I built this scene for the Atlas collab with @JakobKaiserMOCs, @exluse and @Oshi. I made the scene with my TV as background and J.K for edited he picture.

Hope you guys like it and thanks to @JakobKaiserMOCs for making this collab possible.

Manipulations of my own photograph(s) combined with sampling and manipulations of my own previous abstract work using IfanView and Photoshop Elements.

the quality of this photo isn't great but it does give an idea of the dress I fell in love with...well love might be a little over the top but get what I mean.

Yes I am stood in the middle of shop having the photo taken! well the changing room was far to small. The shoes were kindly loaned buy the shop to give a better idea of the dress when worn with heels as my flip flops didn't really cut it :-)

I had such a wonderful experience in all the outlets I visited today and it goes to prove that if we look the part we will be accepted.

I picked out this lovely dress to try on, it is a size down from my normal and was a bit tight. However I've been fighting the Battle of the Bulge since the end of June, I have lost 2 spare tyres and one to get rid off to reach my optimal weight, a dress for the future. I loved how far this dress fell on me, I'm 6'1 and the length is perfect.

“Growing up in The Netherlands with punkrock kids and bands, Jolijn Snijders lived & breathed rock and roll for nearly a decade. At gigs she got handed down countless cut & paste fanzine, flyers and homemade coversleeves. “Everything is so independent and DIY, you get inspired by everyone and everything around you”. Jolijn wanted to create a similar ‘homemade’ zine, one where upcoming talent and established artists meet, mixing art, photography & fashion. Keen on discovering cool, mad artists, spotting new talent became her mission and she decided to launch ILOVEFAKE magazine. Jolijn also takes photos for a living, documenting young kids de la mode, but in a true sense, giving her subjects a dark, romantic edge. Jolijn’s clients have included Avant Garde, Rodeo Magazine, Kinki Magazine, Karl Lagerfeld, Blend, NEO2, Celeste Magazine, Elle Girl, Mirage Magazine, OZON, INDIE Magazine etc. But don’t let all these big names phase you. This prodigy is very down to earth, and enjoys her french films".

Amtrak's initial order of SLC-42 Charger locomotives came in the Phase VI livery that the carrier intended to be limited to a handful of these units. My first sighting of a Charger with this scheme came on Aug. 19 2022, when I caught No. 304 on the point of the northbound City of New Orleans in Humboldt, Illinois.
