A scene from the 2024 Chiang Mai Flower Show parade as it proceeds down Tae Phae Road. Of particular interest is the billboard for the cannabis shop in the background. Thailand was the first country to decriminalize marijuana use in Asia in 2022. The new government is proposing to ban recreational use and allow it for medical usage only. Many fear the genie is already out of the bottle.

Thought to be a corruption of petite harbour. It is a fine place with lots of gulls.

Crucian carp from the pond, flounder out of the fridge ... my girlfriend and my son put the fish in a salty solution, in order to smoke it for dinner. I was given a responsible assignment to guard :)
