It's hard to believe that this menacing looking creature is actually a rather smallish Green Tree Python at the Toronto Zoo just having a rest. A little zoom, a liitle tonal processing, and voila, you have spooky.
I'm revisiting some of my older shots. This one taken during a trip to the Zoo in 2017.

These dock pilons, echoing a distant time, were photographed after traveling to the Edison Estate, in Fort Myers, Florida.
We think too small, like the frog at the bottom of the well. He thinks the sky is only as big as the top of the well. If he surfaced, he would have an entirely different view.

7 of 10 days here in Alabama are blue skies. Great for the soul, but bad for my art. But I patiently waited and I think I got a perfect sky for this perspective. HSS!

... hay veces que si eres capaz de ver las cosas desde otro punto de vista, la percepción de la realidad te puede sorprender, simplemente tómalo como que no hay solo un punto de vista para las cosas, ... ni para la vida!!
It's been a trying week. Tears and a lack of faith. But time with my camera restores me. It calms my heart and brings back
perspective. If I don't like it...I can change it.
