Penn Central GP30 2226 at Selkirk, New York, July 24, 1976, Kodachrome by J. H. Nixon, Chuck Zeiler collection. Built in April 1963 as NYC 2226 ( c/n 28134 ) on EMD Order 7643, it became PC 2226 and later CR 2226, sold for scrap to Pielet Brothers in January 1985.
Pittsburgh, Chartiers & Youghiogheny Railway SW9 #5 sits outside the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie RR shops in McKees Rocks sometime in 1992. This unit is now Burlington Junction #900.

Y600PCC passes alongside the Pottergate Arch on the Campus Linc to Brayford Lincoln Arts Campus via the City Centre.

From a slide from the 1970's - Chick Tower was the first tower an outbound train encountered after leaving Back Bay Station on the former New Haven RR Shoreline Route Main Line. I shot this picture from a pedestrian bridge. I remember this picture because I was robbed as I was leaving the bridge. I did not take many pictures in tough neighborhoods after this.
