Ancient Architectural Complex on Wudang Mountain
Situated in Hubei Province, Wudang Mountain is a famous mountain sacred to Taoism and birthplace of the art of Wudang Boxing. The scenery here is very beautiful. A lot of marks of long history and rich culture of the mountain can be found on the mountain, while the Taoist architectural complex, mostly built in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), was inscribed on the World Heritage List. The main tourist spot are Xuanyue Gate, Yuanhe Taoist Temple, Yuzhen Palace, Zixiao Palace and Golden Hall.
The view from my hostel room (room 105, The New Excelsior) looking towards what I now know to be SoL Square and the yellow cross is a sign for the Yellow Cross bar (a rather fine imbibing establishment, I think you'll find).
To the left, about 100 yards down the road is a spiffing Thai restaurant.
SoL is an acronym for 'South of Lichfield', or so I am led to believe.

Contiene affreschi recentemente ritrovati e restaurati. Nel riquadro a rosette quadrilobe è visibile un frammento di una “Incoronazione della Vergine”, che risale al 1370. Durante la seconda metà del XV secolo è stata invece eseguita da un artista anonimo lombardo la decorazione della volta, dove spicca la scena dell'Annunciazione, databile tra la fine del Quattrocento e gli inizi del Cinquecento, oltre ad una scena con S. Sebastiano.

In order to promote Advanced Education in Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition and to facilitate the academic pursuits of more number of Nutrition Support Clinicians, Clinical Nutritionists, Nurses and Pharma from the educational institutions, hospitals and health care settings, IAPEN announces Clinical Nutrition Congress (ICNC-2019) at Mumbai, India.
Nutrition is an integral part of healing and maintenance of health. The conference was designed for medical, nursing & nutrition professionals who were interested in learning nutrition assessment tools, early enteral nutrition, approaches to treat critically ill neuropatients using parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition, immunonutrition, disease specific nutrition. In addition, malnutrition may contribute to increased morbidity through its effects on immune function, post surgical infection, requirement of ventilator support, increased length of stay in the ICU and delayed wound healing. Although other factors influence post transplant outcomes, nutritional status is the only reversible factor. This conference of IAPEN will provide such a forum for multidisciplinary interaction on Clinical Nutrition.
The conference also consists of paper presentation sessions. The theme of the conference is "Nutrition Intervention Strategies - Indian Hospital Settings" It is the unmissable event of the year for anyone who works or has an interest in Advanced Clinical Nutrition.

Alan was the Temple Cloud PC and such a good guy to work with. We crashed a police car once rallying down Nanny Hurn's Lane at Temple Cloud at the end of early turn, he was driving and I slipped it into nuetral and pulled the handbrake on to see what would happen and we went through a hedge. We ended up at Ray Sage's garage and he washed the car down and put the number plate back on then we had to drive into Brislington to buy an indicator lens and got back about 4 o'clock with no-one the wiser.
