The SL Renaissance Festival Queen has charged Patch, Derrick, and other Lindens and Moles, with some High Crimes.
She is leaving it up to you to decide if who will be locked in the Pillory and have rotten tomatoes thrown at them!

This was just a shot looking at the High ISO response of the Nikon D4. Single LED bulb (CREE 40W, available from Home Depot, 2700K) providing light from about 16 inches away. Tamron 28-75 XR Di sp lens.

She was being extremely uncooperative, and I briefly made a scratching sound against the side with my nails. She looked up just long enough for me to take this.

I got this patch at the Concombri Zombi show at Chapa’s in Brownsville, TX. Still haven’t figured out where to stick it, so for the time being, it lives on my bass.
Out of all the nice horses I saw today, I thought Patches was probable the most flashy. Patches is owned by a retired State Trooper, and I don't know if this young lady is his daughter or not, but they make a nice looking team.
This young lady did not participate in any events, but she could obviously ride.
If you look closely, you will see some of the outer bark has been sloughed away, creating a patch on the tree. This is called smooth patch and is caused by a fungus.
There are many different types of saprophytic fungi which colonize and break down the outer bark. This is a superficial infection.
In oaks, the most common culprit is Aleurodiscus oakesi.

The Pumpkin Patch is located on Sauvie's Island just 15 minutes northwest of Portland, OR. From Portland, take Highway 30 west towards Scappoose to the Sauvie Island bridge. After crossing the bridge, circle to the left and loop back under the bridge, following Gillihan Road to the farm. Head straight 2 miles until you see our signs.
