i finally met Patch, the resident red-tailed hawk of Alta Plaza.

Cheryl brought the boys to a pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins to bring home.

Patches is a sweet 8 year old female, microchipped, and is good with other cats, dogs and kids. She loves butter, going outdoors and laps. She has been at the shelter since 2/15/09.

I decided that vitamins delivered by patch is good but this would be great. And who knows, perhaps with this delvery system it would become over the counter instead of prescription?

Hi ya! My name is Patches! I am a young, energetic, happy-go-lucky dog in need of a forever home. I love to play with toys. I will romp and run, tossing them around in the air, tail always wagging with a big, heartwarming grin on my face. I get along well with other dogs, especially those who will play with me. I also have a sweet, friendly, loving personality. I enjoy being petted and told I'm a good boy. I have been around cats and I pretty much ignore them. I am a good dog who is looking for a home where people have the time and energy to spend with me, play with me and shower me with love and kisses. Could that be you? Apply today! Adoption fee: $75. Adopt a pair: $115. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, 60 days of free pet insurance, one session with a certified behavior trainer and microchip. My dilute Calico, Patches

Patches is the best kitty ever.

This is the last photo I took of Patches. A little over a week after this photo she was put to sleep. She deteriorated very quickly. I'm cursed with cats as of late. She was only 9.

My daughter is still looking for her. They were good buddies. This clip shows the most aggressive moment in Patches' short lived relationship with Ella:

We were shocked to discover that one of Canobie Lake's mascots, Patches the teddy bear, was a doppelganger for Waldameer's mascot, Wally Bear. The two parks are not related, so I have to assume they bought mascots from the same mascot company.

I used a lot of my scraps to make this double wide quilt.

The fifth patch on the jacket is commemorating the attendance of the 501st Legion's Georgia Garrison at Star Wars Celebration VI in Orlando, Florida in 2012. It 's in the top right corner of the central panel of the back of the jacket. above the left breast pocket on the front of the jacket. I acquired this patch in a trade at the Collecting Track swap meet at Star Wars Celebration VI .
