One of my daughter's Christmas presents, a 25th Anniversary Cabbage Patch Kid. This is Lyda Dianne.

Bell 1673 in its original position has been repaired at the top, by wear.

While researching this patch, I found your website and saw that you don't have reference to this design in particular. So I thought to send you a photo in case you wanted tto display it. The irregular details tell me it was made during the war in country. Photo contributed by Sean Collins. Does anyone know anything about this patch? It's hard to see but the unit designation is 554th.

Blanket stitch OR zig-zag stitch the patch to the rump to front side of the fabric. Tail end is on the right.

I got this Cabbage Patch Kid when I was eleven.

It came with its own adoption papers and I adopted it.

Two weeks ago when my Cabbage Patch Kid turned 28 my mums dog found it and chewed his cute cabbage face.

Pam decided to dust off an old 1980's pattern for Cabbage Patch Kids and make two dolls for our nieces. I wanted to make a picture of the work in process. Aren't they cute (in a weird sort of way)?
