And the sunset caused by wildfire smoke from Siberia, hooray!

Not the best, but this thing totally snuck up on me. :P

And, it's finished!

First of all, the picture made it look weird. Super glue was used to seal it, and the flashlight made it seem all glossy. Oh well.

The glue is still drying, so a more in-depth explanation and function (yes, it has a function) picture will be up later.

Obvious inspiration is obvious. :3 (Mclovin, cough)

Get rid of the Great Western lower quadrant semaphore and with not too much imagination this could be a 'Merchant Navy' bursting out of Buckhorn Weston Tunnel on the London & South Western main line near Gillingham. The fact its that it is a Merchant Navy, and one making it's inaugural public run following being saved from Dai Woodhams scrap yard as a heavily cannibalised wreck in 1983. No. 35006 'Peninsular & Orient S.N. Co.' was moved to Toddington on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway from Woodhams, and the long drawn out restoration has continued since. After a renaming ceremony at Toddington the Bulleid-Pacific then worked it's first public train for shareholders to Cheltenham Racecourse, and is seen on the return journey working out of Greet Tunnel on the approach to Winchcombe station on 16th May 2016.
