Enjoying the Weather POO cat sitting on the deck rail observing his surroundings, he loves outdoors and spends as much time there as he can. It makes him happy, he patrols the grounds of about 4 houses and the woods next to me, he does what he wants and my nearby neighbors treat him like there own, a spoiled rotten wannabe Ferrel cat!
Finally got my own Logo Hat and Hoody. Never too old to wear them. Being in my young 70's of age they are the new teenage years. national geographic Your Shot wouldn't post their Iconic log hat to my UK address so I made up my own Logo and here it is BjT (my initials) My Shot. Well if I couldn't have Your Shot I was going to have My Shot on my hat and hoody! oh and it was embroidered too by a UK company. Awesome gear!

New York City certainly has the capabilities to keep you sleepless. It's one of those places where you'll find beauty both at day and at night. But the funny thing is that you don't need to be a billionaire to own the night in this megacity. This is a piece from a personal project which I had compiled as a tribute to my friends and family who don't have the luxury to travel and see the world. Rather than holding a partner's hand I place myself in the frame and see what the camera "sees".
Considered as one of the two fastest in Latin America, making an impressive entrance to the Pastaza River canyon.

Finally, I took a new 350 meters (1,148 ft) zipline at the other end of the canyon. In this one I could make several positions and breathe the pure air, excellent to relax after all the extreme activities.

Whoever owns this old school keeps up pretty good. During the holidays they even had Christmas wreaths in the two front windows. How many old schools would you find that the outhouse was still in the yard? This located along the Skyline/Mill Creek Scenic Drive.
When the mind is kept away from its preoccupations, it becomes quiet. If you do not disturb this quiet, and stay in it, you find that it is permeated with a light and love you have never known. And yet, you recognize it at once as your own nature.
The beautiful Liberty grain elevator. Built in 1911, closed in 2000 and now privately owned. The owner kindly gave me a tour of this beauty, showing off the stacked 2x6s with which it is built and which are still holding it up.

I love photographing on the Canadian Prairies and I've been travelling there to do so since 2013. If you'd like to see my other Prairie images, feel free to take a look at the album.
At one time, grain elevators could be found every 8 to 10 miles along every railway line in western Canada. That allowed most farmers to make a round trip to an elevator to deliver and sell their grain with a horse and wagon in one day. From that elevator the grain would be shipped to ports on the Great Lakes or the west coast, across Canada and around the world. Grain elevators started appearing across the Prairies in the late 19th century, and the number of grain elevators peaked in 1938, when there were nearly 6,000 primary (country) elevators in the Prairie provinces. Many factors led to the decline of the primary elevator: the Depression, increased mechanization, improved roads for transportation, rural depopulation, the closing of branch lines of the railway and the buying out or merging of the grain companies and the building of large, concrete grain terminals. In 2023 there were only around 400 country elevators left in Saskatchewan and only about 100 are still in use. Many of the old, wooden elevators have been destroyed – burned down, struck by lightning, demolished - but some of them still remain - weathered but beautiful and stalwart.

Owned by the National Trust, this courtyard of back to backs is in in the centre of Birmingham and can be visited by booking in advance for a guided tour.
