Please forgive me as I just can't remember the names of all these Loch's that I visited there was so many. Thanks to Graham Bradshaw who commented below the mountain in the background is "Bla Bheinn". Thanks Graham, local knowledge is great to have. The tree and again the reflections is what caught my eye.

My spring and start of summer had been full of rush. Many beautiful days that I would have liked to grab my camera and go outside enjoying beauty of the flourishing nature had been too hectic to do so... Few "stolen" shots on the way from place to place, that's all. But one Saturday I managed to find a few hours time for myself, and went for a wonderful sunny morning walk to the closest peninsula. The world looked so different than couple of months ago! The overgrown ditch with standing water looked amazingly picturesque in the morning sun... Just ordinary trees, patch of still water, green plants, and sunlight, but the view looked really magic. Maybe you also see some of its spell? :-)

And for those friends who asked about my choir singing, I don't have permission to post records from our performances or concerts in social media, but I have one photo of our choir's concert (including me) from last Saturday's concert in Tallinn. My wonderful Flickr friend veebruar from Estonia that I was happy to meet there, came to our concert, and took a nice photo of us singing (in the rain, by the way!). Thanks to her you can take a look at it: www.flickr.com/photos/17898316@N00/27526695132/in/datepos....

A beautiful hazy morning on Ullswater, it was one of those morning when you can almost sense that something special is going to happen. I went to one of my usual spots on the shores of Ullswater, set my gear up and waited for things to happen. The first hint of colour started from the left gradually covering the clouds and sky with a stunning pastel orange glow. One of those morning when you realise why you get up early, and stand for a while waiting..

The moon rise along the service road outside of Frostburg. The sun set behind me and created a very nice color back to the east in the sky. I used the Velvia simulation on this one as well. It really brings out any shades of blue or purple.

Chatsworth House is a lovely historic house set in the heart of the Peak District in Derbyshire. Set on the banks of the River Derwent, this is the home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire and has been the home of the Cavendish family since the 1550s.

This was our starting point today for our walk, along the river, past the house, up to the top of the woods passing the Hunting Tower ( just visible at the top of the woods) and then past the lakes and a long trek downhill back to the river and carpark... just before the heavy rain set in! A lovely walk of 4.5 miles.

A hailstorm set in as we left the carpark but within 5 minutes the sun was shining again :)
