it was extremely cold (some -12C) but the mood was so wonderful that I couldn't resist to walk and take photos... today I need much warmer gloves .-))) it's -10C in the city but it's said the feeling is -19C!!! :-D

The early morning mist giving an eerie feel to the day with the Silhouette of a man walking into the distance, looking very ghostly. Leaving the seat empty. Would you sit there?
The first picture of this series shows the egrets enjoying the rice field by themselves But when people, animals and machines come, the fields are worked to produce rice for the millions of people of India.

Have less time to go outside, so have to upload the pics from the past. The photo from the small river I cross regularly. Once I stopped for a little walk and found the banks quite attractive. Here I used Zenith MC Zenitar-C Canon 16 mm F/2.8 Fisheye.

A crisp autumn day in the John Muir Wilderness, Eastern Sierra. The trail starts near North Lake, Bishop Creek Canyon. Note the different colors of granite in the jagged Piute Crags.

The Muiderslot is a castle in the Netherlands, located at the mouth of the river Vecht, some 15 kilometers southeast of Amsterdam, in Muiden, where it flows into what used to be the Zuiderzee. It's one of the better known castles in the Netherlands and has been featured in many television shows set in the Middle Ages.
The Muiderslot is currently a national museum (Rijksmuseum). The insides of the castle, its rooms and kitchens, have been restored to look like they did in the 17th century and several of the rooms now house a good collection of arms and armour.

Seriously this day..driving along the Gorge...must have pulled off a dozen times...it was a spectacular sight! Hope you enjoy..It's hard to process something like this..so did the best I could. Just one exposure.

The Frontenac County Court House in Kingston, Ontario, Canada is the Courthouse for Frontenac County, Ontario. The Neoclassical building was designed by Edward Horsey and constructed by builders Scobell and Tossell. Alternation after 1874 fire by John Power added the dome tower. It overlooks City Park to its south, and Lake Ontario beyond. The front of the structure features the Royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom.
The building was constructed between 1855 and 1858 as a judicial and administrative complex with a jail in the rear. In 1980 it was designated a National Historic Site of Canada.
Delicate Arch is in the North East part of the park (the entrance is just outside Moab on the main highway coming into town from the North.) There are two ways to see Delicate Arch as it cannot be seen from the highway. The Wolf Ranch trailhead to the Delicate Arch viewing area is a shorter one and less difficult.
