Clan Line hauls the VSOE British Pullman - sister train to the Orient Express - down Grosvenor Bank and back into London Victoria station at 15:59 on Wednesday April 24 2013. A West London Circular afternoon return excursion to Guildford slightly different to the usual Surrey Hills trip - with the train hired for a celebration of Yorkshire Tea. "Tea On The Train" was a special treat for tea lovers who also appreciate steam when not coming from a kettle.

Clan Line hauls the British Pullman down Grosvenor Bank and into London Victoria station at the end of a VSOE Luncheon Excursion to Guildford / Shalford on Saturday February 9th 2013 - with the former Battersea Power Station in the background. Taken around 4pm, just as the rain stopped. I believe the railway sheds on the left are called the Grosvenor Bridge Depot or simply Grosvenor Shed? "The Golden Age of Travel by Steam" trip costs £395 per person and includes a five-course lunch with champagne and half a bottle of wine per person.
This was a Steamer (SR MN Class 4-6-2 no 35028 Clan Line) towing the orient express I captured at Hungerford common. The location was far from where i wanted to be. Theres a bridge the train has just passed under, but being a wee bit wheelchair bound I can't see over it. Shame Shame, there were a few other photographers on the bridge no doubt capturing the moment i was looking for, not sure if they post here all not. Still not a bad shot and luckily for one day only we had one of those much hated gas guzzler tanks so we were able to drive onto the common to get in a little closer. not sure if that's allowed all not. are well no harm done. enjoy......
Although primarily the home of Gatwick Express's fleet of Class 442 trains Stewarts Lane Depot is also home to the British Pullman train owned by Venice Simplon Orient Express.
I was fortunate to have a quick tour of part of the train during my visit. Although it's not a particularly good picture here we see some of the very impressive marquetry work and get a feel of the luxurious interior of the train.

Just For Children
Why should adults have all the fun? Sometimes a little rest and relaxation is needed by all…
Nangfa, Angel Bliss for Children from Ytsara
Invite your child to discover the world of well-being. Gentle pressure is applied to the scalp, legs and feet while a grounding oil massage is performed on the back and arms. This treatment is designed to improve a child's quality of sleep, soothe the nervous system and strengthen the immune system. A special drink is offered at the end of the treatment, and a gift is presented to the child upon conclusion of the service. In other words, it’s complete bliss.
