“After 3-years apprenticeship as an 'IT specialist for system integration' at RIEDEL, I have been occupying a full-time position as IT Operator for 1.5 years. My main task is to provide First Level Support in the IT department including setting up accounts for new employees and providing IT equipment. On top of that I manage the access rights and respond to the usual IT emergency calls like 'My phone/printer/PC/software does not work.' The best part of my job is the well-attuned team and the diversity of my tasks that create a challenging and individual working environment.”
