With apologies for the title to anyone of my age, who is probably now involuntarily breaking into a quick round of 'Oh, the Esso sign means happy motoring...' :)

This is a vintage Esso uniform button. I'm not sure exactly how old it is, but it's probably 1950s or earlier. It's a fraction over 1" wide. Luckily, the top part of the petrol pump in the background isn't showing because it's actually Shell. 'Keep going well, Keep going Shell' .... NO, not another song!! :)

A l'attention des potentiels visiteurs, le musée MAXXI (Autrement dit "Musée d'Art du XXIème siècle") est un batiment d'une très belle architecture (voir aussi photo suivante) mais la qualité des expositions (en tous cas celles qui y sont présentées actuellement) y est particulièrement décevante, à l'image de cette oeuvre, d'une grande banalité et qu’on peut réaliser soi-même dans son garage avec des feuilles de papier, des cadres en carton et cinq ampoules électriques pour amuser les enfants !

I don't know what it is about yesterday's picture.. but I have edited it every which way I can think and I cannot get it right!! I like this shot better anyways. I am really working on my photoshop skills, my style, what I prefer, my b&w conversions. There are too many options!!! And I want to stay consistent to my own style. People say I have a style but I am not sure what it is, lolol.
