Polaroid OneStep 600 CloseUp

Impossible Project PX680 ColorProtection

I recently acquired this (3/12/10) on an eBay auction. Sadly I have no idea how to remove the battery cover for the Q-Light. And while attempting to do so, my brother scratched the cover with god-knows-what.

How does a two year pack of PZ600 Silver Shade perform today? More on my blog, at arthurpolaroid.wordpress.com

SX-70 Sonar Onestep, Poraloid 600 @ SoshigayaOkura, Tokyo, Japan

I love this kind of a simple composition with some static objects.

The other day, I found some tools left by somebody and I got interested in them, so on the spot, I took a photo of them. So surreal !!!

SX-70 Sonar Onestep, Poraloid 600 @ Enoshima, Kanagawa, Japan

Enoshima is one of the most favorite places to me.

Beautiful weather, a serene beach, an amazing shrine and awesome temples, yummy food, nice people, and so on and so forth. Especially, I love the afternoon over here because I am able to get back the silence after people get back home and also, a sunset here is beyond description. This photo is one of the photos when I saw this sunset.

My husband, who tolerates me posing him and all my photo shenanigans more often than not. I was lining up my shot and accidentally bumped the shutter release button! A little to the right compared to what I was anticipating, but I'm still very happy with how this came out!

I'm always interested in a Polaroid that focuses and this one does it in manual or automatic. I can't imagine how many different varieties of this camera that were made though I'm sure someone does and probably has a website devoted to it.

Sonar OneStep Polaroid Pronto. (sx70 film). Another fine thrift store find along with this spiffy little tripod that is full of plastic parts that would likely snap in two on any sort of cold day. It's about five feet tall when fully extended and might make a mediocre travel tripod if it fits in my carry-on bag. I might use it for a flash stand. Tripods like this are generally pretty useless except for loaning out to pesky friends who want to borrow your good tripod.

tomorrow is my birthday, so i was thinking of carrying my unpredictable polaroid onestep camera with me for fun (i wish i had an sx-70). today i just wanted to take a photo with the camera, and this is what came out. a small bit got cut off from the left, even though i had the scene centered in the viewfinder. :/

I was reading the manual for my new Polaroid OneStep CloseUp and it had instructions on how to use the no flash button.

In my mind I was like "Really?" and pushed it without thinking.

This is the result.

Taken with a OneStep 600, but the film is made for SX-70 cameras.

This is my fifth shot using PX680 Test Film.

Outdoor shot. Temp. 8ºC

I was on a balcony and I come back indoor after the shot. The picture was covered face down for 10 sec.

Developed indoor 20ºC face up.

I found also blue spots on the lower part of the picture that I can't explain.

I've selotaped two layers of CD box plastic over the Magic Eye so it wouldn't over expose the image. I'd also set the dial to maximum darkness.

I'm now realising that this camera suffers from parallax as this was definitely centred.
