My grandfather Everett Cannon, left and a man listed as Mr. Neelan. late 1930s. The modern poultry industry started in Ocean View, DE by the Steele family. My grandfather was also part of the founding of the poultry industry. We still have Cannon Poultry items from that time. It's hard to believe now that Ocean View, DE had anything to do with the poultry industry. An old photo I found in a box of photos of my grandmother's.
