The final obstacle was a muddy run (or slide if you fell) into a puddle.
Held on March 2, 2012 in Atlanta, GA, the Run For Your Lives Zombie 5k and obstacle course consisted of 2500 runner and 500 zombie volunteers. The runner had to cross 12 obstacles, water and lots of mud to survive or be infected. The runners wore flag football belts, and those who ended the race with flags survived. Una cursa d’obstacles és una prova esportiva on cada equip o persona ha de recórrer un circuit superant una sèrie de proves. Cada carrera és diferent segons l’organització. Les diferents proves tenen com a objectiu dificultar al participant el seu pas. Intervenen obstacles com piscines de fang, rius, bales de palla, etc.

Gateshead Storm look to step over a low hurdle against Clock Face Miners in Division Three of amateur rugby league's Kingstone Press Cider National Conference League. St Helens-based Miners were making their home debut in the flagship competition. They built up a 16-4 lead at Clock Face Miners Recreation Club only to lose 18-16. Clock Face almost snatched victory at the death but were prevented by determined Storm tackling from grounding the ball.
