A pair of second-hand SD40-2s lounge around Bensenville back in 2004. A high-nose former Southern motor was dipped in the CP red with such enthusiasm that they even painted over the windows.
I guess management decided to use them as B-units since they couldn't find the paint remover.

Background:
At age 19 Ossling knew what he was going to be, a police officer. He trained for the military, and several years serving later, he decided he should get back to his daughter and her family. Only a few weeks after he got back home, his daughter along with 17 other people were killed in a bank during one of many Clockwork Heists. He was on his way to the banks to pick her up. When he drive up to the front he saw her running towards him, bullet wound in her shoulder, blood soaked clothes, panic and fear in her eyes, was the last he saw of his daughter breathing. She was about to reach him when a Clockwork goon shot her right through the throat. She feel to the ground. That was when Ossling went through very hard times. To relieve stress he took on going back to the military, to fight the bad so no one has to experience the pain of losing one right in front of you. He was good for some time, but lately he has gone missing, but sightings at assassinations and bars say otherwise.

Akiri was a boxer and martial art champion. Though his many wins caused some suspicions when he disobeyed to lose a staged match. He was confronted by gun point by the mastermind of the money scam, Elodie, she gave him a choice to beat her in a fight and go on, or receive a three second head start before the hunt begun. He compromised... now being a hunted man, Akiri faked his own death and went into hiding, using mugging to get what he needs.

She was fleeing Siberia during the Armageddon Crisis, her whole country along with most of the Middle East had been destroyed by soldiers. Her, her sister, along with some villagers had been cornered. The gunshots were louder than the screaming, but no bullets were even on the ground and no one was hurt. They were all floating in the air facing the other direction... at the soldiers. That was when she learned she had powers.

She was experimented on by the Russia militia to become the greatest assassin and take down Zamochkava the Russian dictator. She was working with the militia, but no one knows who or what she is.
After the Great Haven Civil War and Simeon's death. Inner Haven was split up into two factions - The Traditionalist and the Renegade.
The Traditionalist holds the formal Inner Haven's value and believes, and carries IN traditions into their designs, excels in both field of projective weaponry and Direct energy weapon.
The Renegade, now call themselves the IN Outcast, are group of people whom seek the control of IN high command, and failed. After the bloody war, Outcasts left IN's Home planet - Josy, and started to roam the system. Their designs are very similar to the old IN, however, after years in the space, they are starting to adapt alien technology, which made their weapons, look more organic. And they abandoned traditional projective weapon, and armed their army with Direct energy weapon.
During the rut young stags and yearlings are persona non grata in the herd so remain on the periphery singularly or in small groups.

A lightning damaged tree on the edge of a copse. Photographed near home in Poynton, Cheshire in the fog we had at the weekend.
This was made around the time of the rebrick makuta contest, but was finish after the contest ended. It was standing around gathering dust, but until I won that Bionicle G2 Villain pack, I put the gold Kulta on the Staff of Undead.
I do remember that it was for an alternative ending to 2016 Bionicle, where Makuta got out of killed 3 (4) of the Toa and Ekimu. After Makuta took over, the Mask of Ultimate Power no longer have use for Makuta anymore.
When Makuta is brought back to sanity, he try to stop the Ultimate Power, however was cursed and Mutated into a monster, force to wear a powerless copy of the Mask of Ultimate Power.
Months later, Makuta was imprison until Pohatu broke him out, as they sneak out, they grab the mask of the 3 deceased Toa, Umarak's and his mask. They got spotted by the Ultimate Power, Makuta got out, however Pohatu was left behind.
As Makuta walk as own path, he went to Temple of Creation (now abandoned), he grab Skull Mask he saw on the floor and forge the 'Staff of Undead', able to bring undeads who aren't yet control by The Ultimate Power and Kulta. though it is used mostly as a walking stick.
He now walk on his own, in regret and despair, wondering where his destiny will take him now.
