Walsall Arboretum
The "Fluffy The Horse" statue by Marjan Wooda was commissioned by Walsall Council i the 1980's and originally stood outside the Civic Centre. It was moves to the arboretum in 2017

Dit jaar heeft de leerlingenuitvoering van Balletschool Dimphy een wel heel bijzonder thema: een ‘Reis om de wereld in 80 dagen’. Bijzonder, omdat het hele verhaal van Jules Verne van begin tot eind in dans wordt uitgebeeld. Bijzonder ook, omdat niet eerder in de geschiedenis van Balletschool Dimphy een voorstelling rond slechts één verhaal was gebouwd. In deze voorstelling reist u per trein, per boot of per zeilslee de wereld rond, ontmoet u vreemde volkeren en beleeft u spannende avonturen. Niet minder dan driehonderd leerlingen beelden het verhaal uit in een kleurrijke voorstelling vol variatie in muziek en dans.

I used the Sony FE 1.4x Teleconverter with the 200-600mm Gmaster zoom lens for many shots this time, and found it to work great, with quite minimal image degradation. It extended the 600mm range to 840mm!
