Orr Square Church in Paisley, as seen from the town's Saucel Hill. It's now flats but was originally built as a Free Church in 1845.
This lady would seem to be Captain Orr's wife. Presumably the photo was taken in India. The photo is on the same page in Col F A V Thurburn's photo album as that of her husband.

Today started with the best of intentions of preparing to write an essay but somehow I end up in a local museum with a Group of Icelanders.
The majority of those Icelanders belonging to the Band, We Made God, Described by many sources as a melting pot of Sigur Rós and Deftones influences.
Nice day out and I've still plenty of time for this essay.

Or at least a replica of his famous No. 4 Boston Bruins jersey, autographed by him for a silent auction held at the Finland-Germany game.
Bobby Orr was the greatest defenseman to play hockey in the NHL, winning the Norris Trophy (best defenseman) eight years in a row. He led the Bruins to the Stanley Cup finals three times, winning twice. He also reinvented the role of defenceman through his offensive style of play. His revolutionary style resulted in his being the only defenseman to win the Art Ross Trophy (NHL scoring title) - which he did twice. He was also a three-time Hart Trophy (MVP) winner. Unfortunately, recurring knee troubles shortened his career, forcing him into retirement.

Susan Orr served at the Administration on Children, Youth and Families from 1992-1998 during Bill Clinton's presidency as a special assistant to the commissioner and a child welfare program specialist at the National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect.
From 2001-2007, Orr headed the United States Children's Bureau, a federal agency organized under the United States Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families, as Associate Commissioner.[1] The agency, with a $7 billion budget, is responsible for child abuse prevention, foster care, and adoption programs.
