A Chicago Transit Authority Train shuttles an Oracle race car around the Loop. The stripes on car #3443 are temporary but I like them.
One of these purely free-flowing creations where I just let my mind drif and see what happens. Started with the cybernetized lady, who then got wings, yet became immobile. Everything around grown from the inside towards outside, which is when someone mentioned Giger and I went all-in.
Photos by www.instagram.com/jan.klecinski/ - they really make this MOC look better than it is. Thanks again Jan!

The Oracle Team USA catamaran "17" runs downwind on the San Francisco bay with sails bearing her name. There was only a light breeze on the bay when the team started training, which allowed them to use both their large jib and gennaker. About two hours later, the wind filled in and they switched to their smaller jib without 17 on it.

i think this ring might be an oracle, a portentious clue... it seems to want to tell you something; your destiny, your future, the prophecy in which your role is foretold....
it is made of sterling silver, and set with a lavender chalcedony of unbelieveable quality; this is an heirloom gem! glowing and milky, mysterious and revealing at the same time...
The two AC72's of Oracle Team USA and Artemis Racing beat windward on a breezy day of training on San Francisco Bay. This was the first day Artemis had its boat back in the water after modifying their rig to come up to par with Oracle.
One of Oracle's boats has already returned to dock with equipment failure, a common occurrence for these huge but fragile high-tech boats. Angel Island is in the background.
The industry’s first in-memory hardware and software system engineered to run analytics faster than ever, provide real-time speed-of-thought visual analysis, and enable new types of analytic applications.
Besides Sean D. Tucker's custom biplane, there was another Oracle-sponsored plane at the show, and I'm not sure who was flying it.
This came late in the day and by that time, I thought I had enough number of sharp images, so I decided to drop down the shutter speed again, and go for propeller motion look, even if it meant I lost some sharpness.
I actually got some sharp images nevertheless, with propeller blur. So 1/250s worked quite well.

This is just a couple of years before he died in 1917. He was forced to keep working up to near the end.
Harry Tammen was a co-founder of the Denver Post. He was also a rat bastard. Tammen wanted to own a circus so he conjured up the Sells-Floto Circus. He wanted a name to help promote it. He had a chance to ensnare Buffalo Bill.
Buffalo Bill was an easy touch for a friend or anyone. He was very generous. In North Platte, when a new show came in, the kids would all go find what bar Bill was drinking in and ask to go. Cody always took care of them. He loved children and get rich quick schemes.
Bill had interest in a couple of mines in Oracle, AZ, he sunk $500,000 dollars into them for nothing. He was robbed. He needed cash and Harry Tammen loaned him $20,000 and bought his soul in 1911 after a tough year for the Wild West with Pawnee Bill Lillie, his partner by then.
Bill continued to work the last few years of life. All he was required to do was salute the crowd from the saddle. He was so old by this time and his back so wrecked by decades of horse riding, he couldn't even mount a horse by himself. An aide would put him up in the saddle, a curtain would fall. Then the aide would take him off. A sad end to one of the most celebrated Americans in history. He died in Denver 1917.
This is like the 5th picture of Oracle that I have. What can I do? Its 5 minutes away from my house and it is a great place to try out a camera...
If you would like to compare, here is almost the same image with Olympus E-P1 and Panasonic 7-14mm
