Three years ago I visited the Philippines. A beautiful country. On the island Negros we hiked in the Don Salvadore Benedicto reserve. Our destination was the Malatan-og Falls. When we finally arrived we were soaked from the warm weather and the hike. A few locals were brave enough to dive in the cold water underneath the falls. I looked for a nice composition and took some images. Although I have the RAW-files for 3 years, I only edited this one today. I like the colors and composition in this image. A good combination of nature and humans. What you can't experience is the roar of the falls, nor the spray. But believe me, both were overwhelming.

From the Varden viewpoint (407 m.a.s.) there is a fantastic view over the town of Molde, the fjord with the islands, and the famous Molde panorama with its 222 partially snow-clad peaks.
