So far November has been a green month, not really looking like autumn with red and brown colours. Finally this has changed and we used the dry weather for a tour around the hills of the Wiehengebirge near Porta Westfalica. The late afternoon light was perfect and we enjoyed every minute. A common November morning at Kinderdijk. It took a while before the sun was finally able to pierce through this morning mist, but it gave some truly photogenic moments.

* I photographed these cosmos in our garden on 4th November . I had a photo I took of them in October, but I replaced that one with this more recent one. Flowers in November are, after all, very precious things.

Nach vielen Tagen mit nassem Nebel, viel grau endlich ein Sonnentag mit Farbenrausch an der südlichen Weinstrasse in der schönen Pfalz.
After many days with wet fog, sun came out and we had a wonderful day with great colors in the vineyards and forests in Palatinate.
