Instruction #38
“I belong here where you arranged for me to meet your son for the first time. He never came. I’m……………..”
An evening stroll around Bristol Docks snapping but not happy. Just about to go for a coffee and I saw this sad message chalked upon the dockside. It can’t have been there long with all the rain we have been having.
Not defending this or saying it's good.
But this is me thinking about how I can possibly get done what I need to.
Lego Dan and Dot are ending their Highland adventure on a high note in a high place. Not that high though, Stac Pollaidh is only reaches 612m. But when your only about 4cm tall, that's like the equivalent of three Mount Everests... probably.
Dodgy maths aside, it's their opinion that Stac Pollaidh is the best 'little' mountain they've ever climbed - the Grade 3 scramble to the summit is awesome!
Note the microphone Elvis is using in that photo. It is the same mic standing there. In his will, Sam Phillips, SUN Studios founder, specified that the mic be made available to the public. It is presented at the end of the tour, you can touch it, swing it, take a selfie. A genuine piece of American history the people can actually interact with.

This is Sundays run over to the mud cobra field ;-0
Note the color of the splash, that's Not mud color !
Heavy toxic laden foliage killers, such as
"Agent Orange", leaves a reddish color !
Last Sunday we only stayed 33 minutes
then came straight home and did a real
thorough decontamination scrub-down.
Might be awhile before we
return to the mud cobra field.
Sad, as I've been taking dogs
over there for about 11 years.
There's no other place 2 go !
Thanks for stopping by and a
big thanks 4 your support ;-)

The Austin Healey Sprite was produced 1958-71, and announced to the press in Monte Carlo, May 1958 after the Frand Prix. Intended as a low cost sports car for the enthusiast and spiritual successor to the sporting Austin Sevens. When the Mk. II Sprite was introduced in 1961 it was joined by a badge-engineered MG version, the Midget, reviving a model name used by MG from the late 1920s through to the mid 1950s. Enthusiasts often refer to these later Sprites and Midgets collectively as "Spridgets."
The Mark IV version was presented at the 1966 Earls Court Motorshow. With its BMC A Series engine upgraded from 1098cc to 1275cc in a lower state of tune than the same capacity engine in the Mini Cooper S. There were several cosmetic cxhanges most noteable change being a fixed soft top rather the previous incarnation which when lowered was removed and stowed in the boot, reclining seats, separate brake and clutch master cylinders were fitted,. From 1969 reversing lights became standard and the electrical system switched from positive to negative earth powered by an alternator rather than a dynamo. In 1970 a further cosmetic facelift unified the appearances on the Midget and Sprite leaving the only different badges.
Engine is basically the same as a mini Cooper, though set longitudinally and detuned to65bhp. The first Sprite with a permanently attached hood, Slightly faster than the 1098cc Mk.III with similar acceleration figures.

K - Knot
Twist. Loop. Fasten. Ready or “knot,” here’s the next theme! For this photo you must include at least one knot somewhere in the image. Think fashion pieces like suit ties, hair bows, and shoelaces. Think rope knots from sailboats and tire swings, or slip knots for crocheting or mountain climbing. Practical or decorative, there are many ways to utilize knots in dolly life. Grab some rope, string, or ribbon and get creative!
*Special note: This knot theme was a suggestion from Smitten www.flickr.com/photos/131751222@N07/. Thank you so much for this terrific theme idea!
About this picture:
"What is this?" she asked while he pulled out a little package from a drawer. He had been strangely silent while they were entering the room, and even though Yarvis wasn't the most talkative person Wyn felt like he was hiding something from her. Through her power, but mostly through her instinct.
"You know...I am very bad at this" he started, looking visibly concerned, with his green eyes glowing with worry "We had not seen each other for a long time...and many things happened before we could...see each other again.
Maybe you expected me just to undress you and gloriously and deservingly f*ck you like an adoring animal at this point, but first I have something to say...and do"
"I...didn't expect that" she laughed slightly offended by the way he worded their mutual desire "That's horrible to say!"
"You know, I can be horrible sometimes. It's in my blood. But I love you, Wyn. Because you are in my blood. In every drop of it"
Wyn smiled. The heartfelt simplicity of his words was so refreshing to hear.
Yarvis had always been indeed quite bad at expressing his feelings. But it looked like he was getting way better.
"I know" she whispered while he took a few steps to reach her
"I wish I could just turn back time" he said "And go back in that kitchen, in your father's house...and just force you to run away with me. But you, Sahphyr, you are so damn stubborn, aren't you? And so honest. And so brave. You always want to do the right thing, sacrificing your own will and desires, your own feelings. You let me marry her, have a son...and I still feel like I betrayed my own heart, I even blamed you for a long time...."
"...I know this too"
"We are here now" said Yarvis opening the package in his hands
"Only this matters" he added taking out a pair of earrings from it.
Wyn eyes widened. The intricate decoration on them was so incredibly familiar.
"You know, I will never forgive him for what he did. I know you always say that that he didn't mean to..."
"...He didn't"
"But he did. Whatever his reasons were, he marked your wrist with that awful sign, so I thought I had to make up for it"
"The lover's knot" whispered Wyn recalling his ex husband using his ring to impress that symbol of possession on her arm and his calvary to make up for it, in his own way. Rhu has always been such a complicated soul. But Wyn never really hated him and always blamed the saturnian culture for what he did.
"This one...is different" said Yarvis "It's called Shield Knot. It's a symbol of protection. I want you to wear these, my witch. Wear them while you let me kiss you and love you like you deserve. I don't think this is horrible to say..and I think these will be better than a condom, which is a bit horrible to say, perhaps"
"You are so stupid" laughed Wyn through the tears, feeling her aura overflowing with joy.
She craved protection for all her life. She craved love. And she found it.
Those earrings were sure gorgeous, but she didn't need them to feel protected.

A recent shot from a Wedding of mine. Liking the look of the bride in the mirror, reading the note her future husband left her.
China Motor Bus was the first of four Hong Kong bus operators to purchase former London Transport Leyland Fleetlines, acquiring 206 examples for passenger service plus a dedicated driver trainer between 1980 and 1984. Two of the passenger vehicles later joined the training fleet. This digital representation portrays the original driver trainer T19 with the first example XF1 for passenger use. Note the additional lower deck window and instructor's mirror on the forme, and also the removal of the upper deck fittings from this vehicle. The windscreen modifications are incorrect on both vehicles (only noticed once the image had been posted). The real T19 also had a Park Royal body but the base image appears to be an MCW example - the principle difference being in the height of the emergency door window (30-Dec-16).
