The second section contains the book(s) I am currently reading. I decided to simply start at the longest book, and read my way down to the shortest. :-) The Bible text is a printout from the Mac OS application, called MacSword ( www.macsword.com ). It produces nice output with no work. However, Accordance ( www.accordancebible.com/ ), also creates great output, though maybe with less fancy formatting (Book titles and chapter headings in the format I'm using)

I'm printing in paragraph form, rather than verse-by-verse, to make the reading flow more. Also, I'm printing these as a 2-sided booklet. I use the utility Cocoa Booklet ( fabien.iconus.ch/cocoabooklet/ ) to do this. Printing on our duplex printer makes this a breeze. As I finish studying a book, I will either put it in its own Circa notebook, or try to bulk up on larger rings. I haven't decided yet.

Simple cross-stitched designs added to bought notebooks

The weekend before last was fun and involved the making of notebooks.

Well, it starts out just like a normal reporter style notebook..

First try at simple two-colored coptic headbands following instructions in a book from buechertiger.

Some notebook stuff. I've been working on a long comic book, so no art updates for a while. www.justinduerr.com

Some old, some new.

By far my favourite combination: an Ecosystem notebook + a black leather VadeMecum Pocket Cover.

The ecosystem notebook is exactly the same as the Moleskine. The cover fits like a glove.

Yes, that's a notebook. Yes, it's better than a laptop. Yes!

New addition to my collection - large size Traveler's notebook

This is Tanzo's Carnet notebook cover. The leather "Buttero" from Italy is vegitable-tanned. There are ten colors - grey, vandyke, dark brown, purple, dark green, yellow, orange, peach, red, beige - for you to choose and mine is peach.

It has four strings, so you can change your notebooks easily. I inserted three Banditapple Carnet notebooks, Midori's business card file and zipper case.
