Well, our forecast advised that we could have rain showers and some maybe quite heavy. However, it did look lovely so I thought I'll go for my walk and off I went!!

I didn't get too far when that forecast proved to be correct ... down came the rain and after getting somewhat soaked I caught a few shots and made my way back home after completing my shortest walk of the week!!

Note: This is one image. It is not a composite or double exposure.

Friends of mine asked me to shoot them for their band pics, appropriately, the band name is Spark Notes, so I had to use sparklers, on the shore of Sarasota Bay with the city in the background, with a roman candle for some bling....

10 days later, and everything is okay.

I'm sorry <3

For this weeks Macro Monday theme-contraption. This steel fridge magnet is 2" in length, and is a note, list or card holder. This is a side view of it on it's back but when upright the sliding bearing holds paper in place! Quite useful except that I never use it! HMM!

This is basically how I've been feeling lately, but I thought

my sister could portray it well and she did! Thanks kiddo.
