For the Small Town America (pool), Brownsville, Linn County, Oregon is the 3rd oldest town in Oregon and the population is approx. 1,650.
Testing a 10W tool in a tent. As you do.
The fact that it's still a bit bright at F:14 ISO100 makes me happy. It bodes well for when I finally get around to waving the thing under streetlighting.
The sunflower is long gone but still beautiful.

I challenged myself to take a shot that wouldn't need any post processing. Unfortunately because I wanted a square image, I had to crop.
Wishing you all a beautiful weekend!
If I recall correctly, this was taken at the Rising Sun Countryside Park, in the company of Mr R McAvoy.
A trip out last night to this lovely location, It was surprising warm! I have decided to not worry about trying to push the boundaries of LP and just take photo's I like and have fun.

If I'm being honest, it's more like half a million to the lightpollution and one or maybe two to me.
But hey, sod it. I'm chuffed. Got a new RGB LED that's bright enough to combat the light pollution in my garden, and hence, should work under most streetlights. There are 3 around the house, all closer than the one visible in the shot.
I don't often get so pleased with a shot that I have the urge to upload it straight away, but it's taken a while to get this thing working, so I feel I am allowed a modest amount of 'Muhahargh'-ing.
Jpeg straight out of the camera, no post processing.
The nice people at www.lomography.com sent me an instant camera and some film to do some lightpainting with.
It works pretty well, the bulb mode works fine, and it's nice to watch the image develop before your eyes.
Looking forward to taking it out and about.
