The watermelon gaspacho in the previous pictures in my stream was so well-received I was pressed to make it for another dinner for 25.
However, the surprise here is that the watermelon from the farmers market was a yellow-fleshed one instead of a deep pink/red. I personally thought it was great and another lesson in learning to adapt but those who had gathered all the ingredients to prompt me into service were so disappointed as they were enamoured of the unique color the standard melon can deliver. However, I think the flavor was much better than my previous attempt but that also could have been that I was more confident this time. I also preferred the finished color.

From farmer to table in about 3 days. A giant cabbage to tasty probiotic side dish with a slight tang in just 2 days. This would have been super great but at the last minute my mentor added a whole bunch of dill which took it down a step to just great, though quite yummy with a dollop of the almond mayo next to it which was actually meant for the sandwiches in the previous picture in my stream.
One of the first raw dishes I had, I made myself after starting to eat vegan. I had some idea that cashews could make a passable cream sauce but I had no idea it would be so absolutely amazing I'd never again miss dairy. Here it is, nothing but soaked cashews and water blended up in a standard blender (not even a Vitamix) and poured over super ripe, very local fresh strawberries.
No added sugar or anything else though adding vanilla might have added a dimension to this dish, it was not needed nor missed.

Well, that was STUPID. I would have completely forgotten if these hadn't come back but because they did, not only was I reminded but also further irritated by the evil company and eventually, yes I took a photo and put it up on Flickr to share with the world.

Flesh-Free "Freshsticks" with egg and dairy-free tarter sauce.
These were better than the "real" thing and besides being guilt- and crueltry-free (as well as not harming the fragile ocean environment), they were actually rather healthful.

These were made with the pulp leftover after making fresh raw coconut milk (which is almost universally agreed by those who try it to be a foodgasm).
The cookies too were quite yummy though best immediately out of the dehydrator not just because they're warm but also a toasty crispy outside yet still moist inside.
The pea pods were the season's surprise, with nearly non-stop constant production yet incredible flavor.

Cauliflower and broccoli massaged with a thick sauce of seasoned nuts then dehydrated till crispy in the Excalibur. Yummers!
Can't even begin to describe how eye-rolling delicious this was. And so quick too! Made with ripe local peaches.

This is on North Sikkim on the way to Gurudongmar lake just before we reached Thangu, the terrain was ever changing throughout the course of our journey. The changing topography, vegetation and fauna gave an idea that nature can be so varied and attractive, but one thing that is unfortuately true is we are fast losing this beautiful planet of ours, the greens, the sweet air of nonpolluted environment.....let us join hands and save our planet. STANDING on top of a hill in central Massachusetts, Jonathan Fitch is surrounded by a grove of eight tall white wind-turbines. He regards them like someone eager to trade in an old beater.

One thing we have learnt from the pandemic is the importance of delivery methods in all shapes and sizes.

There would be many more to say about these devices, but I don’t want to bore you. In a conclusion, if you’re looking for a good-priced leaf blower, pretty quiet and nonpolluting and you don’t need too much mobility or too much power, an electric blower is a good choice for you. Most medium household owners pick such devices. They are mostly hand-held and light/compact enough to easily use and then store in your closet.
