This is a composite scan of the fold-out mini-comic which was included with the Japanese release of Shredder's "Devil" transforming action figure in the "Super Turtles" line. It was numbered as figure MT-59 in the Japanese Playmates/Takara "Mutant Turtles" toy line. The reverse side of this flyer features the instructions for transforming the toy.
Later mini-comics were drawn by Hidetsugu Yoshioka, but this comic seems to go uncredited.
The Neutrinos are a race of extra-dimensional humanoid aliens from Dimension X. They are half hipster, flying hot-rod driving, teenagers, introduced in the 1987 series episode “Hot Rodding Teenagers from Dimension X”. They’re easily identified by their pointy ears and crazy hairstyles. Their names are Dask, Kala, and Zak.
They are accidentally transported from the Technodrome’s portal to Earth, where they soon after become friends with the Turtles.
The Neutrinos are the ones who tell the Turtles of Krang, that he was the supreme warlord of Dimension X until he got banished from the dimension, resulting in the loss of his body. After a brief stunt on Earth, the Turtles manage to become friends with the kids and help them go back home.
As inhabitants of Dimension X, the Neutrinos hate war and refuse to join any army. Although the Neutrinos are against war, they are not complete pacifists, as their vehicles are equipped with weapons that they will use in self-defence; in one episode, Dask says the weapons in the car were apparently required by law in dimension X.
Archie Comics
The Neutrinos appear in issues #2 and #3 of the Archie Comics, which was loosely based on the adventure from the television show.
IDW Comics
In the new IDW Comics, the Neutrinos are once again an alien race in Dimension X revolting against Krang and his Rock Soldiers. This continuity’s version of Professor Honeycutt is a Neutrino who sacrificed his mortal body to escape to Earth in order to find help against Krang.

A TMNT RARE GEM !
Source : TMNT S02E08- 1988 - "New York's Shiniest".
REX-1 is a character who appears in two episodes of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 animated series). He is a robot policeman and his name is an acronym for "Robot Enforcement Experiment," the "1" designating his status as the first model produced. His first appearance is in the second season episode, "New York's Shiniest". His only other appearance is in "Leonardo, the Renaissance Turtle".
Created as an experiment to relieve some of the burdens on New York City's human police department. Designed to be unwaveringly loyal to the operator of his remote control. His designs were stolen by Shredder so he could mass-produce an army of robot cops under his own command.
At a warehouse April finds a robotic police officer and named REX-1. She unknowingly activates REX-1, who assumes she is his superior officer. When two security guards discover April's presence, April tries to bluff her way out but the security guards tell her to save her story for the police. REX-1 (Robot Enforcement Experiment) is programmed to protect his "master", who then states that the police have arrived and grabs the security guards, whom he believes is threatening April.
April appreciates REX-1 saving her, but realizes she will be stuck with him at least until she can get her story as he follows her home. REX-1 also proves to be an adept chef, cooking dinner for April, claiming he was programmed to serve his master in all capacities. Irma arrives and is taken with REX-1. Immediately afterwards April is confronted by the security guards from the lab, who also tracked her. Rex-1 draws his laser and shoots the door. Before the smoke has cleared the two guards run. Irma is impressed with how REX-1 defended April and wished she had someone protecting her like that.
As the episode progresses, April brings Rex-1 to the turtles' lair where once again, Donatello's favorite Bo is broken. A fight is about to break out between the Mechanical Officer and the Turtles when April breaks it up and explains the situation, to which the Turtle josh April that when REX-1 followed her home maybe he has a crush on her. April convinces the turtles to scale the Channel 6 News building and kidnap Vernon so he can tape April's news report. The Turtles abduct Vernon by blindfolding him and convincing him he will not be harmed by leading him to their lair to work the technical equipment. During her report, Shredder hacks into the database of police headquarters, steals the plans for the REX-1 and puts into motion his plans for creating an army of robotic police officers to destroy the turtles.
With some help from April and the Ninja Turtles, REX-1 was able to fool the army of evil robots and save the city.
At the very end of the episode, back at April's apartment, it is revealed that Irma is going on a date with REX-1, who now has a more human outlook by saying his mission is to "serve, protect, and take Irma to the movies".
*Note* This character was never produced as a TMNT toy.

Apparently these Terrapins have been released into the pond during the 'Ninja Tutle' craze. They are now about 30 - 40 cms long and kill young ducklings.

Scanned copy of a 2-sided promotional flyer released in Japan in promotion of the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live-action movie. This flyer provides details on the characters and plot of the film. Both sides of the flyer are included here.

By 1995, the TMNT brand's popular started to wane in Japan but it was still prominently marketed. Takara wanted to revitalize the franchise and put their own touch on it, brining in elements of Super Sentai and perhaps even a little styling from the X-Men's Wolverine (another US franchise popular enough in Japan to warrant heavy marketing around the same time).
The "Super Turtles" era is primarily remember through the action figures and the episode-length anime OVA, but Dengeki Comics also published a three-volume series of manga that provide a different look at the phenomenon. Featured prominently in this ad is the "Super Mutation" variation on Michelangelo.
This scanned advertisement promotes the first volume of Dengeki "Super Turtles" adaptation, and also Dengeki's 15-volume set of episode adaptations, with special mention of three more special books. Front and back sides of the flyer are shown here in a composite image, showing off some promotions of other NHK-related material which Dengeki Comics also adapted.
This fold-out ad was included as an insert inside some of the Dengeki volumes.

Cheap-Ass Camera
This "camera" is SO CHEAP that I couldn't even download the photo onto any of my computers. I had to go with the classic picture-of-a-picture route with this selfie. Adds to the charm, I guess.

Irma Langinstein - is the odd, dorky best friend, and colleague of April O'Neil at Channel Six, where she serves as Burne Thompson's secretary in the 1987 TV series. She is always dressed in a light blue turtleneck sweater, a long, light purple skirt, white leggings, yellow socks, and light brown loafers. She wears large-oversized lensed eyeglasses with bright pink frames. She also has black hair with purple stripes.
Like April, Irma is one of the few humans who accept the Turtles instead of seeing them as evil just because they are different from the humans. She is very klutzy, tending to cause ruckus everywhere she goes.
Irma is characterized as being "boy-crazy" most of the time, even showing affection to the Shredder in one episode (though she believed it was a man in a Shredder costume at the Mardi Gras costume parade).
Her first appearance was in the 1987 series, Season 2 episode" Return of the Shredder". Irma is only aware of the Turtles' existence through April's connection to them, which she tries to keep secret with little success. In episode "Cat woman from Channel Six", Irma met the Turtles face to face for the first time, and has been both an asset and a nuisance to them ever since.
Her charm, romantic spirit, brash sarcasm, and shy attributes define her strengths, Irma also suffers from a case of severe clumsiness, and her obsession with finding a romantic partner eventually reduces her to craving for monsters, mutants, and even the Turtles themselves. She bonded the most with Donatello during the course of the series.
After Channel Six's destruction during season 8, Irma was gradually phased out with the remaining Channel Six crew.
In "Attack of the 50-Foot Irma", it is Irma's birthday and she is accidentally enlarged by an enlarging ray powered by Krang (who meant to fire the beam at Shredder). Upon being giant, Irma's clumsiness gets the better of her. Eventually, the Turtles manage to shrink her back to her normal size.
Her final appearance being in State of Shock. Only April would remain as the Turtles' only human information resource and friend as the series concluded.
In the 2013 series Irma dresses in a gothic style of clothing. in the episode "Of Rats and Men" Irma was kidnapped and put into a cage along side Casey Jones. The Rat King wanted to test the mutagen on her first to create his army.
Irma was voiced by Jennifer Darling.

Michelangelo - He is labeled as "The Wild One" and "The Party Dude" as he is the most "fun" out of all the turtles. He is also very impulsive, extremely social, and wants the outside world (Humans) to accept him and his brothers. He is the first of the turtles to taste pizza and is very proud of his talent for naming things. probably more fun-loving than his brothers, he became a popular culture incarnation of the TMNT, coining most of their catch phrases; hence, he is possibly the most famous Turtle. Because of his more carefree nature, most seem to view Michelangelo as the youngest of the Ninja Turtles, although they are all actually roughly the same age.
His bandanna is typically portrayed as orange, his favorite color (although all four Turtles originally wore red bandannas) Mikey is considerably the most athletic of his brothers and is considered the fastest with the most talent. His weapons are two nunchaku; however, he has also been portrayed using other weapons, such as grappling hooks and tonfas. One of them can convert into a kusarigama which he can use not only for offense in battle, but for defense. These weapons match his flexible like abilities when it comes to battle.
Nunchaku are illegal in many places, so some of the TV show creators had to avoided using them.
While he's not as focused as Leo, strong like Raph, or smart as Donnie, Mikey's talent and unpredictability make up for it. Splinter considers Mikey the one with the most potential to be even more skilled as a ninja then his three brothers combined. Michelangelo is stealthy, can hide in the shadows, sneak around without being detected.
In the original comic books, Michelangelo was initially depicted as fun-loving, carefree, and, while not as aggressive as Raphael, was always ready to fight. Michelangelo's one-shot in 1985 ruled out most of the traits that have become synonymous with the character, such as his playfulness, empathy, and easygoing nature. In the one-shot story, Michelangelo adopts a stray cat (which he names Klunk) and also stops thieves from stealing toys meant for orphaned children.
Later, after their defeat of the Foot Clan the Turtles, Splinter, April O'Neil, and Casey Jones retreat to a farm house in Northampton, Massachusetts. While there, April is worried that Michelangelo is not himself. He spends his days in the barn taking out his aggression on a punching bag. A scene shows him lashing out at his surroundings and repeatedly punching the wall of the barn until it breaks, then collapsing. The end of the story implies that Michelangelo's sorrow and frustration have been resolved, as subsequent issues restore Michelangelo's more relaxed, optimistic personality.
It is during the group's time at the farm we learn that Michelangelo also has an interest in comic books, specifically ones involving superheroes.
Michelangelo was not given an especially large role in the 1984 comic series Volumes 1 and 2. His relatively small role was probably due to the need to establish Leonardo's role as "leader" along with the fact that Donatello was Peter Laird's favorite Turtle, and Raphael was Kevin Eastman's favorite.
Michelangelo's personality became strongly established in the 1987 animated series. He was often seen as a "Party Dude", which accounts for only part of his personality otherwise. As the "party dude", he usually didn't have much input in the team's plans, although he was still just as active as his brothers. He typically spent much of his time joking and socializing with other characters. He has a fondness for pizza, even beyond that of the other Turtles; in the Season 3 episode "Cowabunga, Shredhead", his pizza cravings annoyed the others so much that Splinter hypnotized him into refusing and denouncing pizza whenever the very word was mentioned, although the hypnosis was lifted at the end of the episode.
Michelangelo received his distinctive voice, which has been imitated in other portrayals of him, in the 1990 series. Employing a "surfer slang" vocabulary, he customarily spoke with a unique Californian surfer accent. It is likely that the voicing simply emphasized his laid-back and somewhat innocent attitude. Michelangelo's voice actor was Townsend Coleman in the 1987 series' original English language version and Johnny Castro in the 25th anniversary movie Turtles Forever.
He is named after Michelangelo Buonarroti, the Renaissance artist.
Michelangelo's trademark phrase in this series is the famous "Cowabunga" expression that became a pop culture phenomenon.
Kevin Eastman's original "ninja turtle" concept drawing (1983) portrayed an unnamed turtle with nunchaku strapped to its arms, some consider Michelangelo to be the first Ninja Turtle created.

Happy Birthday Ethan!!
First of all would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Avalon for her guidance and knowledge.
Ethan favorite Ninja Turtle is Leonardo. We wanted something very special for his 5th birthday and I do believe we did. He was at awe when he saw his cake.
All I can say was it was "Hellacious" as Leonardo would say.
I had so much fun in creating this cake. Details were made out fondant and modeling chocolate. I really love working with this medium so much easier to mold with than fondant or gumpaste.

All About April O'Neil!
April's age and height have always been a subject of some debate. Various reports exists, but this profile lists her at "about" 25 years-old and 5'5 feet tall.
Excerpt from the Grandreams published Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Annual ("no ninjas allowed!") in 1991.
Compilation scans to the cover of the 2nd printing of Mirage Studios TMNT Volume 1, issue 32. This reprint featured a full-color story, a rarity for MIrage Studios.
As illustrated by the wraparound cover, the Turtles travel to Egypt to rescue April O'Neil and her friend Molly (obviously modeled on the then-romantic partners of the creative duo) from the Jackal (does every comic franchise have their own version of "Jackal?) who seeks to resurrect the mummy Aunkamen.
